This seems like an elongated version of a Wild Mouse ride, but the scenery and thematics help a lot. I would ride it if it was near me.

​@@sergeantdaniel0442Liegt daran dass der Aufzug zwei Wägen hat, die in der Mitte aneinander vorbeikommen müssen. Ähnlich wie die Ausweiche bei einer Standseilbahn, und würde mich auch nicht wundern wenn die Führung ähnlich funktioniert.

This is Europa Park, which is one of the premier parks in Germany. The Epcot ball was actually based on Eurosat's ball!

Die Bahn macht richtig fun, aber beim Lift war ich vorne im wagen und sah beim hochschauen die Strecke wo der lift langfährt!
Da wurde mir beim ersten mal ein bisschen mulmig im Magen! Hatte bisschen schiss davor hat aber bock gemacht!

Yep, those are called Spinning Wild Mouse coasters :). These are called E-Motion coasters, their main feature is that they lean side to side with each turn.

There are POV videos of Speedy Bob's and it is nothing like this coaster. Speedy Bob's is a standard Wild Mouse coaster you'll find anywhere (look up Seaside Heights or Hershey Park), it's not unique like this one.

Bonus fun fact: Europa Park is actually owned and operated by the Mack Rides company, which designed most of the rides in the park. They use the park as a showroom for many of their popular ride models!

Ah I researched and found that you are right. I have 3 possible explanations : 1. It doesn't get a lawsuit because the inside is different (not very plausible to me) 2. They don't care and rather use it as advertisement for their own acctration or 3. There are problems with the different laws in the country's and they choose to let it go
