Love listening to Joe and Charlie. Anyway after decades of in and out of rehabs and meetings I went to a place in Sterling Virginia called the stepping stones. It's a large home with lots of property that was donated by a member. Great place to get sober if you want too. But if you're looking for someone to say baby you keep on trucking.
Joe & Charlie have always put a great spin on things about AA, often with a bit of humour which I believe is essential. Many meetings I've been to were dreary, dull, boring and too strict which put me off eventually. Which is when I stopped going to meetings.
One week no caffeine very little sugar mostly natural in the fruit we eat. Lots of water vitamin c and ginger. Took all my vitamins today. 60 bicep curls 60 tri cep curls 20 roll ups m1 to m7 40 hug a tree i honestly need to look up some the names to proprly tell you what we did for the rest of weights
