How many times have you killed killa this wipe?
Twice for me but don't have the task yet.
100 ish ive done the stylist quest

I really hate the map. Played it only a few times to get some quests done so I do not know it very well. I die really fast if I go inside the mall in the first 10 minutes of the raid because I just have no clue where players spawn or possible routes they may take. I even get lost often lol. I have the kill killa quest but I don't care about it, I already have lvl 4 with Jaeger and I do not go for kappa (I know it sounds silly given the fact that this is the ultimate goal in this game, but the grind is just not fun for me).
I've only ever killed Killa once, with a scav's AK and a 10 round mag of PS. Thankfully the dead PMC at his feet had nearly killed him.

Interchange gives me anxiety, poor Ragman doesn’t get any of his quests done
I'm still fairly new. First wipe, level 32. Somehow, Shoreline and Interchange are the only two maps I don't get anxious about. I think I just accept the RNG of Interchange, and I find Shoreline very predictable. Customs is my least successful map and the one that gives me anxiety lol. That map just has gigachads that know every angle.

Think of it this way, customs is one giant choke point and you probably aren’t scared of that map. Interchange pretty open and if you don’t wanna run into people you can usually avoid them

As someone who mains interchange the heady highs and lows lows perfectly describes this map, ive had days of 5 million in the black next day I lose all the profits and another 3 million just to add insult to injury, but for some reason I keep going back
It's a trial for sure
The hardest part is finding the guy. I regularly go 8+ raids without finding him in any of his spawns. It's easily the most demotivating part of farming.
i went in interchange 6 times in a row and he spawned everytime for me on day time and I survived evertime

I remember pre jaeger tasks killa was the scav that made you think you missed one of the headshots. Followed by a pleasant surprise upon looting

Couple of things I normally do to get by on interchange: Night/evening infils (18:00 or later) as population is lower and altyns less common.
Also wouldn't recommend bringing anything better than a ghzel or korund. A helmet can be optional. That monster scope is horrid imo, I'd use almost any other sight but that's just me. Not to mention the 3-(b-tg) stim paired with sj6 can get you cross map in one stam bar.

This being my first wipe i had a hardtime doing the quest (i probably lost about 25 million roubles in gear dying on interchange) and killing him for my first time made me feel very good

So the lads I play with who've done 'the stylish one' a few times farm Killa with a stock M1A with cheap sight and a tri zip, nothing else.

At the spawn of a killa run they use an SJ1 for 3 min speed buff.

I love the fact that the beginning featured my EXACT strat for completing the quest. Vss and gzhel, offline raids. Only difference I actually succeeded with that strat on my second raid 🤷🏼♂️

Oh man, I know EXACTLY how you feel! One of the quests I hate the most as well. I've just managed to killed him for Yaeger previous week. I've noticed however he is as deaf as a post actually (prolly due to that helmet) - I've killed a scav standing right next to him (with an unsupressed weapon) and he didn't notice anything. I figured that it works best to run into the mall with my ASh-12 with the AP ammo (both are pretty cheap - you can get the ASh for 2 bottles of Vodka from Prapor) - and approach him carefully from the back so he does not see me, and just one tap his head before he notices me. The PS12B will consistently penetrate his class 4 helmet and still retain enough flesh damage to kill him.

Great video man! I was about as unlucky as you were when I did this quest haha. One thing I noticed is that you were wearing slick in some of the raids. I wouldn’t recommend that on interchange as it’s mostly a waste of money since everyone on the map is running m61 to deal with killa! Also it’s much easier to use the no backpack extract every time than running across the whole map to extract normally.
Yeah fair. Level 4 rat rig, although I wanted to take killas easy to get stuff hence the bag. Left the pockets though, screw that!

i've killed killa only once, but im glad that i have the opportunity to spend millions trying to do it again for a quest!!
I've only killed him about 3 times. All 3 times it's with a pistol. When I see him and I have an actual nice gun he kills me
@@squeaky_moths Since then I've actually been able to kill him 3 more times, once for the quest and then 2 more times in other runs. m855a1 to the chest works very well, even with a budget m4 or ak-101/102

I just started this wipe. Learning interchange made my friend who turned me on to this game quit for good. It can be tough. What i learned: (and I have like 7-8 run survival streaks on interchange now) learning interchange made me go from having enough loot/money but still being cautious to running lv6 armor and meta gun every run bc i have more money than I can spend now!
Always play at night, less people and hackers. And it's not like the mall is any darker! Outside doesn't even get very dark. Few times Ive brought night vision I always toss it in bush since it doesn't really help unless exfil camping. Also no one exfil camps interchange night since there's less players, also no baggots in fushes.
Start with pistol and headset. Backpack or large rig (hole in fense exfil is easy and requires no backpack). My fav pistol is the russian automatic 9x21 with sp13 ammo(whatever is best) put on silencer and flashlight if you can afford it. Now practice running around the mall online until you learn how to get around. I usually rush garage and then go up the collapsed floor ramp. Often get there first and end up killing killa, takes like 3 headshots with sp13 and he doesn't ever shoot back ime. Then I usually loot him and and camp the area to make sure there's no close players (often get a pmc kill since ppl always rush killa), then dip to hole in fense. Sometimes someone farming killas already killed him and left all his loot. If no killa spawn then loot kiba or gpu stores.
Hidden gem is the sr11 (I think) key card room in SW corner of map outside mall, so much loot and never taken, just need power on (power on if saferoom exfil turns green). Key card more than pays for itself in one run. Now I can afford top gear with couch backpack every run but I still do pistol runs for fun. Another but greasy tactic is to run to valuable stores and camp, when Chad comes to loot, ez headshot. Camping kiba door is also easy but shitty. You can also camp the door that leads to saferoom in the garage, someone opens it from burger store in top of mall, you can steal all the loot and extract right there. Get the medical room key too.
Also check out the map of interchange that has the black background, it's much easier to read than other maps.
Interchange is now one of my favorite maps. no need to be afraid!
Edit- also if you only have pistol extract before scavs spawn (before 25min ish) otherwise you'll likely die.
So just run in and loot and run out after you learn basic layout.
hahaha! I love seeing you struggle with Killa! I managed to kill him with and MP7 this wipe, you should try it! Cheap, low recoil, and the ammo packs the punch needed to pass through killa's armor.
Killed him 22 times. Nearly every single kill has been naked except for a Vepr hunter with m61. Literally if you get a decent spawn sprint straight in. Kill him and equip all his gear. Then head out the back of goshan jump the back fence and use hole in wall. Whole raid takes sub 4 min
I did some trials and I found he just killed me when I was using the hunter - not quite skilled enough haha

Gigabeef could you make a video on ergo and how it functions? Are there guns that you just can't ADS quickly? Are there certain sights that effect ADS speed regardless of ergo? How much ergo do you need to get a certain ADS speed?

I've kind of wanted to make something along these lines for a while but it's so varied and the ergo +weight thing makes it practically tricky to test and get good meaningful results. Once I figure out some good conclusions I might be able to do so :) recoil is easier to analyse!
All I know is that canted sights are busted because they act as though you've got max ergs for ads speed
I can't wait for reworked lighting on this map. Once that's done, ima gonna be Inter main, but until then, see u on Customs or Labs my chaps.

This wipe I killed Killa only once and that was with a shot to the side of his helmet using a TT that had Pst ammo in it xD
P.s: I was doing chumming and my intention was to suicide rush him after I've placed the goldchains...

after getting tracksuit, the easiest way to do it is with a hunter and m61 rounds. spend what you want on an optic and just one tap him in the head. m61 pens through all armor and does 70 hp dmg. killa has 70 hp head hp. bingo bango bongo. most of the time, if you know where he can spawn, you approach from behind or just get ready and one tap him. eventually, you can kill him at least 80% of the time. 20% of the time, he just shoots and kills before saying anything. but yeah. i've killed the guy hundereds of times by now. good money too.

Been running an RFB for my kit when hunting scav bosses.
For some reason, out of all the DMR class weapons, the RFB always works the best for me and I have no idea why since statistically speaking the SR, RSASS and M1A should be vastly better.
Guess I'm just lucky that the cheapest gun is coincidentally the one I'm the most effective with.. though it is annoying not being able to have a laser on it outside of a Holosun sight which kinda sucks to begin with.
I feel you bro, I've been looking for Glukhar for several weeks now and he's either never there or already dead when I find him....

Apron, no helmet, SJ6, RFB + 2x 10 round mags of M61 with a 20 rounder in your ass. Run early morning/evening as there's usually less players.
Pretty much no matter what you get shot with from him you're dying, so armor is just going to stop scavs from destroying you.
As soon as you kill him, put his stuff on and sprint out of there.

Hey man. I dont know maybe you heard about Dylhero, he made a Killa killing guide. There is a route to go to the fast BP Extract. You can do Killa Raids in 4 min.
Dyl is also very good 😅 I'm sure it's very useful but most of it comes down to hitting a one tap with m61, whereas I'm no aim god unfortunately!

my friend was able to wipe killa exchanging rounds with him, with a 50 rec ak-101 with m855a1, just body shots, then got lasered by a thick boy when trying to yoink the helmet
I cannot get Ressala's golden TT. I've done over 50 raids, checked gas and dorms every time and checking fortress on a few. However, I've only fought him 6 times, died on two and got a PL-15 on the other four.
It should be 100% spawn chance on him. Its a joke that it isn't to be honest, feels so unfair when he has a different pistol

I dont understand why people down vote stuff like this. Anyway was a good video Gigabouef. Personally I'm struggling with Reshala at the moment, I just cant get him to spawn or if he does it's not where I am. Killa for all his difficulty is at least limited to a small sector of interchange.
Yeah I also struggled with Reshala. He just did not spawn in my PMC raids lol. I finally killed him after maybe 10-15 raids but he did not have a golden TT. Then I played some scavs on customs and I found him in 6 consecutive raids lol. Killed him in my 6th scav and got the golden TT :D.
I just can't interchange, basically haha
@@Gigabeef it's an example of Tarkov in its purest form, an ambush game. Shift W doesnt do you favours in this place. I am useless at the place also especially the high value shops.

I'm interested in the 12ga leg meta. Maybe mp-133 with flechette?
Shotty leg meta is definitely powerful. You can barter for the 153 pretty cheap and 8.5mm magnum buckshot is prolly your best bet for leg meta. You can also grab a ks-23 from Prapor with Shrap 10. Both of these have the potential to 1 or 2 shot any pmc.
I really struggle with Reshala, either I get 3rd partied, wiped fast after spawn or he doesnt spawn. Wasting lots of gear on top of that.
I was a Hunter user with m61 when I did that task this wipe (RIP Leg shock meta on him). Me and a buddy ran literally back to back runs to get it done, It only took 4 tries to get him to spawn and be alive when we got there. He got it first, I was salty since I missed my shot. Then the very next raid, I got the shot. We did a loot and scoot and both times GTFO. Glucose as I call him... he is the tough one for me.
Glukhar is easiest when he spawns at the mechanic shop or train station, because he tends to stand out in the open or inside a building. If he's out in the open, snipe. If he's inside, throw a fuckton of frags or flashes and be ready for him to push.

I have a stupid question, I really just got back into EFT and I'm a level 5 atm. Right now every PMC raid I go into I get destroyed and I can never extract. Does anyone have any tips to help me imporve? I cant grt6any kills even when using a SA-58 with decent ammo. When I die in a PMC raid I get like 100 xp max. I just started doing the offline raods, but is there anything else that would help me?
Not a stupid question, probably the main one that gets asked! You're better off getting exp through questing rather than trying to kill pmcs, we are super late wipe so it's not a 'you' issue if everyone else is killing you, more a 'state of the game' issue. So yeah try doing more quests and being sneaky, taking fights only when you have to for the moment.
The time to be bold is once you have the flea, level 5-10 you should be working on that quest exp and looting to build yourself up for the flea market.
Learn the spawns for the map you're looking to play, and try to start figuring out where people might be so you can either avoid or move around with care
