This is the newest version of the XLR NITRO 407 Fifth Wheel camper as of 8/1/2022 so this is a little different than the 2022 XLR Nitro Fifth Wheel Version.

Such a gorgeous rig 🤩😍💯 with plenty of storage EXCEPT for adequate hanging space. Those 2 "shirt closets" are not near enough. Us ladies, who talk our fellas into buying, need more than T-shirts & jeans room. Especially, with so many of us going full time. Just a little "bug in your ear" to the designers. 😊😉😘

That's the problem with so many rigs now is the lack of dishwasher prep. It's really not ideal, but keep in mind, if you used a washer/dryer combo (we love our splendide) you could actually put the dishwasher above it. Not that you want to have to carry dishes to the garage to put them in the washer, but if the dishwasher is the deciding point for you like it is us, and you're sold on the layout aside from that this is just an option many forget. Pretty nice layout that I haven't seen before.
This layout is fantastic for those who still want a big kitchen and living area in a toy hauler. I actually find the colors to clash; to me, the interior is bland with obvious issues with fit and finish. It also lacks items I would assume standards such as a one-touch leveling system from LCI or Equalizer. The floorplan is one of a kind for the toy hauler market and is pretty well thought out along with details like the generator with pull start, which work well in a rig meant for off-the-grid use. I like this. However huge kitchen should have foldable island/table. The bed would be nicer if the section Closer to the window was storage but the last 30% of it could fold up. allowing for about a foot and half so one can walk through and access the garage. Love the ladder mechanism. garage is perfect.

I would have lost some counter top to gain a pantry and more cabinets but overall a nice model

Hey Ray hope you're having a great day? I really like this toy hauler but it does have a couple of down falls to it. The emergency exit in the kitchen is over the stove. The second down fall is if you have guest staying with you an everyone is in bed they would either have to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom or go out the garage entry door to the main door to get to the bathroom. Other then that I do like this toy hauler with all the space an storage that it has. Its a very nice unit. Your number one fan Leonard.

This is our camper that we special ordered last fall. We went with this floor plan due not needing a second bathroom. Unfortunately this unit has already gone back to the factory due to water leaks, the roof membrane separating, really hoping forest river makes this right.
Two tv’s in the bedroom🤫. Also how do you get to those overhead cabinets above the door in the bedroom?
This is a very interesting floor plan. I do like the interior and exterior color schemes very modern 👌 however seeing your bedroom first thing or the garage does make it kinda awkward if you have guests just my thoughts. Great review as always 👏

I like the floor plan if it was just the two of us but with a teen and full timing it, it would be rough sharing that bathroom in the middle of the night. Also no loft in the garage?
So far i have only seen one toy hauler that has a true second bed thats not in the garage.
Really nice except for the cheap ass ceiling fans. Just like my 18 foot travel trailer it has a stand up dishwasher too . Big 👍review. Thanks.
I absolutely love front kitchens. They're probably my favorite so initially, I was in love. Front kitchen in a toy hauler? Perfect... Until... No secondary bathroom is a bummer. Having to go through the bedroom to the garage area, bummer and I have to agree with another comment about the emergency exit placement. Over the stove? Loved the review and it's a gorgeous rig but unfortunately they missed the mark on a few important things imo. Ty for taking us through this beauty!

I don't like the layout. I don't like ten bed by the toy hauler. Definitely like the color of everything especially the cabinets.
I love the layout idea. The kitchen needs a floor to ceiling pantry. Kitchen sink needs to be larger. The bathroom needs to be about 2 feet larger which could be made to happen by adding 2 feet to overall length. The bathroom also needs towel storage. The closet slide needs to be redesigned somehow. The interior looks incredibly cheap and dated, may be just the way it looks on video. Do not like the location of black water flush and that whole panel. It sucks being inside the storage area. Needs to be placed facing out. Great first try. Love the idea of the layout just didn’t quite hit the mark for me.
A Toy Hauler that size with no half bath in the Hauler Section, no Thanks. And the door for the only Bathroom right at your main entrance door, maybe should have made the bathroom door a pocket door. Living Room and Kitchen great design, but the rest not to my liking.
