as a gen alpha (my year comes directly after 2010) this is honestly agreeable, usually it isnt too much between 2010-2011 but the years after, i've even had cases where i didn't like talking to any of them because of what they considered humorous. of course 2010-2011 are also pretty fucked and 2012-2013 might come close depending, ive seen more of my classmates call me childish (mind u im the oldest in my grade so thats horrendous) just because i dont act like im a highschooler and were not even out of elementary because if our grade system (TK-6) 😦

I am probably some of the most chill out of gen alpha because i live with no siblings to look up to that, i have no interest in poppy playtime Skibiti toilet or memes, i like other things like i am a therian so i particularly never show intrest in that stuff regarding the internet. This is totally agreeable. And I totally am disappointed to the Generation starting unnecessary trends or causing drama/trouble within the social medias and everywhere. I’m gen alpha and I hardly ever go on my phone outside the house except when I’m out with my dad (my parents are divorced and I’m not comfortable being around my father) so when I’m out with him I like to watch videos of my comfort characters to feel safer because there is a difference between being on your phone because you don’t feel safe and being a 5 year old kid scrolling on CZcams shorts while picking their nose

Just saying you can't point a start of alpha. It is so confusing. All the sites I researched said Gen Z ends at the end of 2012. This is where it gets confusing. Google says Gen Z ends in 2012 but Alpha starts in 2010. Also, some other sites say it starts 2013, which makes a bit more sense.
seeing kids today makes me kinda sad, when i was a kid i was playing beyblades with my friends and collecting yu-gi-yo cards and stuff. i watched ytbers like dantdm, stampylongcat, game theory, yk, the ogs. yet of course i was born in the peirod of time known as gen alpha. i have cried outloud to a video titled “Only the 2000s kids remember”, so yea, i dont like to catagorize myself as gen alpha, but theres nothing i can do to fix that. its so annoying.
