@@longislandloutequila7208lou I’m at Ava’s kitchen right now (again) with my buddy and we’re currently having the Chamucos. I like it, very light… I’d give it a little higher than an 80. 84 maybe?
I just got the 55 blanco for under $50…I am super into lactic taste and smell… this one hits the mark for that.. super happy with it… thanks for your reviews amigo! You are a rockstar!!!
Makes sense. Got a couple bottles within a short span, one at home has a tint of color with a light khaki cap another is anejo dark with a brown cap both labeled repo. Either way, just dangerously smooth
Been drinking the Anejo 1586, this is awesome stuff, listed as no additive, and value for money. Its right up there with 7leagues and Ocho anejo only more barrel influence. If only Tahona and Copper were introduced!!! No complaints.
Cool review , I remember seeing this brand way back into the early 90s like you said and wondering what it was about . A little perplexed why changing distilleries 6 times ! ? ! And how it compares to the originals . I wish someone would elaborate on moves as it’s not as simple as a “ recipe “ . Glad it tastes a bit different , that’s the whole point with different brands , imho . I’ll get one and try it too !
@@frankmurillo422 gotcha. I've had it. For me it started off a bit sweet and smooth. Almost had a marshmallow flavor. Then after a few seconds the "Diablo" comes out big time. Intense heat in the chest and stomach. It's not an unpleasant ethyl burn like with poor quality tequilas. Just a very strong warming sensation. Actually catches you off guard.
The Anejo is awesome
Was paying 70-80 bucks back in early 2000z.
My favorite tequila
1586 añejo is quite complex
I love chamucos. Thanks for reviewing it.
Hey Lou where did you get the shirt?. I want one
Bought it a long time ago. I believe on the internet, just text the words and it usually comes up

Definitely more Barrel influence maybe a hair more than I'd want. I do love the other two a lot though.
Thanks, Lou.
I've always wanted to try their line up, but the price has held me back. If I can find 375 ml bottles, I'd be thrilled.

Nice info Lou. Out of curiosity and reflection to cost, what size bottle were you sampling?
750
Cheers Lou. If you happen to come across the XA in the future I’d be interested in your take on it. I enjoyed it.
I've heard great things about the XA, and I would surely do a review, if I got one
Just bought one and it seems to be on the additive free list!
Yes I thought it was pretty solid and I didn't taste any additives
I always see these but never grabbed one.
Question Lou, have you tried El Pintor blanco yet? Have you seen it around?
No, sorry I have not
This is good good juice
Have you had there 110 proof blanco? I just got 1 haven't opened wondering if Im going to regret it( was pricey).I Like collecting high proofs
I love high proofs myself, but no I have not had this
How did you like it?
@@Ask-Isa haven't gotten to it yet actually been work busy and its like a 100 degrees every day in los Angeles

This tequila is really good. Me and a few friends just finished one 😊 And if you can find the box that comes with it your are blessed or maybe 😈
