I think we all obsess sometimes with perfection and I think when you go through some rough periods, you realize that you don't really need to achieve a certain standard to be where you want to be. I really love your videos because you have a very positive approach to things and you inspire me to look at things in a more positive light.

One thing i learned about watching your vlog is that we need to show up even if we dont like hahaha and i am always reminding myself your pep talk that you mentioned on one of your prev vlog “the thick of it it's not going to be like this forever it's just really really busy now we're gonna be fine I'm just overwhelmed take a look at the bigger picture you in a year”❤

Chelsea!! I have been watching your videos for 3 years, since I decided to move to NY and have kept up with you since! :) I love your videos and how real you are. I can relate to you a lot and also you have been inspiring me so much lately! I definitely need to get out more and seeing you out and just enjoying the city has inspired me to do the same! Hi Chelsea, Loving vlogmas ! I'm glad that you show realistically living instead of a perfect, youtube life. I live a similar lifestyle and sometimes get down on myself for not doing more (even though this is what I prefer). I love that you're not afraid to go out and do things by yourself too. I'm a loner by nature and enjoy seeing other people go own their own adventures as well. Keep going and I'm looking forward to more videos! 🙂

I loved the vlog! Meeting new friends as an adult can be awkward at times, but high five to you- I think it’s awesome always continuing to evolve and be open to new friendships. I live in Orange County, CA, and it’s very suburban, so I’m loving seeing what a whole other world is like!
I'm glad you followed through on vlogmas. This is the day my mom died back in 2006. So I was looking forward to your video. Holiday grief is awful but surprising how the remedy is not trying to bubble over with joy. Just let the day be ordinary! And find another happy moment on another day. So thanks for pushing through. Also my daily bit of advice...in the spirit of today's weird coffee...you can make a batch of hot chocolate and freeeeeze it! It's the yummiest ice cream. After it cools down add choc chips.
We just enjoy spending time with you. The more mundane daily activities and thoughts are what we are here for, it's all "precious"!

Short and sweet! Glad you got to meet a new friend and have such a fun night out. That balloon-shooting painting looked really fun and creative. I laughed along with you about the coffee-- smelling and tasting like it should be iced, lol! BTW, Caribou Coffee from a few days ago-- it's a coffee chain that started here in Minnesota. The cafes have a cabiny-woodsy theme. Like a Starbucks but homier.
I’d love a video where you show/get all your go to orders at your favorites spots: bodega sandwich, Thai food, coffee, etc. that’d be so fun!

I just realized, like I just made dinner right made my shrimp pasta and my wine and I sat down and I thought what would I like to watch right now. And I thought of how I haven’t watched you in the last two days. And it made me realize being a single 20 something living in LA with roommates it literally feels like I’m sitting down having dinner with you. Idk you and you don’t know me but I finally got that sense of community with your videos. It’s crazy to think how the internet connects people from all different life’s and also give us wrong information all at the same time. I lm happy to experience life with you and ALSO you’re the first vlogmas I kept up with like ever. One of the biggest points of progress I’ve made in the last few years in ~my art~ has been accepting imperfections and trying not to be too precious about what I make. A set, rain-or-shine production schedule can be really good for this, and I’ve been thinking about picking one up again. Thanks for the nudge
Looks like a fun night out! I totally drink iced coffees in the winter (and I live in Minnesota, so I don’t live someplace warm), but I also think that’s an odd item to include in a Keurig Advent calendar.😂 I cold brew iced coffee; if I use a Keurig or coffee pot, it’s gonna be hot coffee.

I’m one of those people living in NYC who feels way past the age of making new friends! 😂 But you two really did seem to vibe well, and have such a great time! I have to remember to go into the Parlour Room one of these days. Looks fun in there! I’ve been to the Ragtrader next door a couple of times - and to the speakeasy with live music below it in the basement. Good times!
