What is Kamishibai?

Kamishibai is a Japanese tool for facilitating mini-audits. The Kamishibai system consists of a number of facets.
● A planning board,
● T-cards with a green and a red side,
● checklists to see who has run Kamishibai,
● 3C list (Concern, Cause, Countermeasure) upon which a red result of the Kamishibai can be written down plus the improvement resulting from that.
