- We are at the home of Gerhardt Oosthuizen who's recently finished a whole lot of home renovations, but is less than happy with the paint on the exterior of his home.
Solution:
Where the paint is peeling, both the new and the old paint is coming off, this is caused by insufficient preparation being done before applying the new paint. The old paint should have been completely removed and a primer put on before painting started. Once we have prepared the surface correctly, we'll apply 2 coats of Ultra Satin to produce a washable & stain resistant surface that'll protect your home for 10 years.
Painting Tip:
When using a high pressure water hose, always position the nozzle at an angle to the wall and keep moving it around for best results.

I have to do this to my house in Panama. There are at least three different paint color from years ago. I am looking for a high pressure water, but dont know which one is best. The ones i saw in Panama looked suspicious. Which one is the best? which one do you recommend?
Damp meter is a joke it was designed to test moisture in logs for woodburning stoves , not for testing for rising damp
Damp is damp and a damp meter should read the damp. Put one across your fingers. Ohhh look it reads the moisture in your hand! Are we sure because its not a hand damp meter is it?

You need to remove all that cement render which will cause a lot of damp problems, the house needs to breathe.

Was the shots at the end only the first coat? Can see all the spots where you put primer on fixes thru the paint.
Don’t put the soil back against the house.
Leave a gap then gravel at the very least.
What if it's peeling latex paint that was painted over oil paint in interior walls?

The "wow Sam it's amazing" sounds so fake
maybe that's ok for a socialist country and a free job the guy got, but is crappy. I rather pay and get it done right.
