- Hello đđ in this video I chat about self-worth, healing and change. When you heal your heart, you heal the heart of the world - not even that - of the UNIVERSE! You are not a fixed state - your perception of yourself is just that - a perception - built on your experiences. If you are struggling right now, I just want you to know there is light on the other side. Youâre always changing, whether you realize it or not, and you can absolutely, absolutely always find the light when youâre ready to. You can heal your life. In fact, itâs your divine right to. So please donât give up đ€ there is so much ahead of you!
I PROMISE YOU.
đ Sophia

i love how you think, youâre such a beautiful person from inside out. :)
Hey, can I share a song with you about âgood enoughâ by Amy Lee of Evanescence? The song fits with your theme in this video, so look it up if you wish. Some of us are looking for the elixir of life, or at least to heal. I sometimes find healing in music, must be in its vibrations. And sometimes I feel like something is missing and I get this glimpse, that we are not whole, not until we find our way back to God. I think that is my greatest fear- to live a full life missing its main point!
I think you would have enjoyed being around with the Greek philosophers for your thoughts fall in the same realm. For example, Heraclitus observed that you can never step in the same river twice, which speaks about the constant changing nature of the individual that ties in to your point on why you want to travel and stay open, yet even if you do, you may still miss out due to your inner state. And to your point about missing the sunset, well, I feel the same when I look up in the clouds- and wonder, like King David of old, who am I that thou (God) art mindful of me? I struggle with my own significance in the midst of this great expanse, and wonder why I am always seeking meaning and purpose if I am just a cosmic accident. Itâs like trying to get a firm footing by planting my feet in mid air! All my life I have carried these heavy weights with me, not realizing there was another way, and then you get used to the weight, and you just take the burden as a part of life, I guess we just accepted the pain and didnât know there was a cure. Itâs like accepting an ailment in my body and living with it not knowing there is medicine to alleviate the pain.
