  • I finally got the time to install my Brand New Openroad Winch! The install was super easy and all the parts that came with the winch worked as intended. This winch was sent to me for review and I will be very forthcoming with any negatives or positives as time goes on. If you have any questions or comments please put them down and I will do my best to answer quickly. Thanks for watching.

Thank you so much for this!!! I have the same exact set up. Sitting in the garage as we speak and the box position alteration right here saves me time. Open road 13k winch and the arcus bumper. This is perfect. Your set up looks great!!!!

Side note congrats on the free wench , they work well without all the extra costs of the name brands. Hopefully you can keep this grift going until your rig is built 😂

I saw somewhere you should put your ground to the fender bolt. Something to do with problems down the road with the auxiliary battery. I am no expert but something you may want to look into. Thanks for the video

Great helpful video, but what socket did you use for the ground wire? It wasn't a 14mm, or was it? You used the grease on the 4 nut things to bolt on the frame?

Sorry I don't remember the bolt but 14mm does sound familiar. The grease was for the wire contact.

As soon as you see the black cuck coffee hat it's understood this video is a Send-Review-Surprise-I-Love-it video dude.

Is it possible to remove the metal ring on the front of the rope?

Hi there, if you mean the metal hook yes you can. I am running a flat link style shackle mount. Thanks for watching.

@@ESBJeep I was thinking of the metal thing in the eyelet of the rope- but you got flat link to fir with it? NICE- I will look for one also- Thanks
