Awe, This absolutely brought tears to my eyes. The second makeover mainly was the tear jerker lol She was so enthralled and her emotions so real, you could tell that this make over was just what they needed. She looked stunning

My parents are divorced so I've lived through their experiences separately. My dad had a hip replaced after years as a basketball reff. My mom has arthritis and had both her knees replaced. That woman has been through too much and she smiles on!!! Bless her!
They need a new makeup artist! This one cakes on the foundation and it always shows the women's' eye bags and wrinkles!

no, he instantly thought of other men hitting on her. she looks stunning and fabulous. if u notice, her b4 pix were frumpy and plain. now she looks HOT. he's infuriated. and guess what, it's a MAKEOVER, it's not about him, even if he had some kind of fashion sense and make-up sense, which CLEARLY he does not, he should have shown support by at least faking being into her outcome. that he was unwilling to fake it shows he's a jealous jerk.

I think their Makeup team is too old fashioned. Why would you give a 20 something year old a 70's high volume hair do? Her boyfriend was like "ohh hey..."

Agree with Robin, boyfriend is merely shy guy, and 20 something looked drop dead gorgeous. Long way from her forever-fifteen look.
I agree and they turned her (Brooke) "forever-fifteen" look into "forever-fifty" they aged her so much it looks like she could be the grandmother not the mother. And her boyfriend* obviously disliked it and he was like just smile for the camera. I think the outfit on the mother was nice and for once not old looking but that bang is styled incorrectly especially for camera it covered her face. The makeup on both of them is awful- very cakey and not flattering for their deep set eyes. I saw another video where they turned at 19 year old basketball player into looking like she was a 35+ tv personality with super high heels in a tan with studded straps, a below the knee black pencil skirt with a cutout bottom, and a white leather jacket zipped all the way up. She went from a young tall skinny girl with extra long curly brown hair to an extra tall middle aged woman with long (similar blondish brownish red as these women) straight hair. She didn't look bad just old and it didn't fit her personality and wasn't college-age appropriate attire.

They were in shock at how gorgeous they both looked! I think her boyfriend was in shock at truly how beautiful his girl friend could look! A lot of Men love a more natural look but when they look at models they pop! So I believe they both looked amazing!

Mrs Michael Jackson Yes! I hate how they think they have to chop off everyone's hair. I was once pressured by a hair stylist to cut all my hair off and I cried so much. It's taken 3 years but it's to the length I like. If she likes it that's great but you can make someone's hair look amazing AND keep the length.

They look better with it cut off. It gives them a boost, plus the younger one hadn't had her hair cut in 3 years!!! Not everyone looks great in long, long hair.

I love love love that y’all do this ambush makeover- I watch them all. If I could express ONE suggestion... spend a little more time talking to the folks who have just walked out, in shock, in awe, at the results. Y’all rush thru that and it seems so unfair to these people .

I think he loves her a lot...Notice how he blinks, his eyes look up and down so much, his eyes are sparkling when he looks at her, and he tilts his head slightly. I don't talk a lot, and these are things I do when I really love someone. I think he's just quiet, and is taking it all in. She looks a whole lot different from the original picture he fell in love with, and I think he's simply trying to get used to the new vision in front of him!

I notice a trend with these hairdos. Always falling into the eyes. Learn how to do the blow out so it bends over backwards on the tip and find some decent products to hold itsome foundations in place.I have hair that naturally falls in my eyes. But using good produce and a proper blow out makes it stay off my face.

@@goosewhisperer6275 I think she was extremely nervous. Plus, they mentioned that she had rheumatoid arthritis.. watch again how she walks out. She has mad thick hair.. it's gorgeous.. she just needs to maybe push the part over a bit .. shell figure out how to style it.. but the color is so much better than what she had. Look at the side by side before and after again. First girl? I hated how short they cut it and totally disliked how they styled it. They even mentioned they gave her a 1940's style look. And we all know the way they looked in the 40s.. way older than they really were.

At first I didn't like Brook's makeover but she wore it well and it rapidly grew on me.
Hopefully they'll now learn that they need to move on from the haircut they gave Luanna (and pretty much everyone else). Enough with the hair in the eye!
