      Edgar Cayce, often referred to as the "Sleeping Prophet," was an American mystic who claimed to channel answers to questions on subjects such as healing, reincarnation, wars, Atlantis, and future events while in a trance. Cayce's methods involved lying down and entering a sleep-like state, during which he would perform readings and provide answers to various health-related questions.
      While Edgar Cayce did discuss various forms of alternative treatments and holistic approaches in his readings, there is no widely recognized, documented evidence from his recorded readings that explicitly mentions the use of "red light" therapy as we understand it today. However, Cayce did advocate for the use of various colors for healing purposes. His recommendations often included the use of colors through different means, such as colored lights, gemstones, or even fabrics, based on his belief that colors had specific healing properties.

      but this is real :
      Paramahansa Yogananda, a renowned spiritual teacher and yogi, embraced the practice of sitting in the sun daily as part of his holistic approach to wellbeing. According to his teachings, sunlight is vital for physical and spiritual health. He believed that sunlight not only nourishes the body by enhancing physical vitality and aiding in the production of essential vitamins, but it also uplifts the mind and spirit. Yogananda emphasized the importance of absorbing sunlight in moderate amounts to promote a deeper meditative state and spiritual growth. This practice aligns with his broader teachings on the harmony of body, mind, and soul and the use of natural elements to enhance spiritual awareness.

It also healed my lower back, I was so impressed that I bought a small Rouge Care nano device for my brother in law very recently. Rouge Care has long lasting medical grade technology and there are even claims that their units are more powerful than Joov and many other units. I would not waste my money on the cheap Chinese made ones on Amazon. It appears most of those are garbage and also many manufactures lie about the actual wave lengths, (nanometers). • @Marmocet
      @Marmocet Před 2 měsíci

      Google autodeleted my reply because of a link I included. Use the search terms "spectral analysis wavelength nm red LED" and that should get you the information you're looking for. There is also a tool you can look up using the search terms "Wolfram wavelength to color tool" that will show you how wavelength corresponds to color. You'll see that your eye perceives light as red at wavelengths of about 620 nm and greater, so if the LED looks red to you, it's emitting at an average wavelength of at most ~620 nm. At wavelengths just a few nm less than 620, light takes on a distinctly red-orange color. For reference, brake lights on cars emit at an average wavelength of ~630-660 nm.
      Getting bright red light sources is not expensive. Buy three red LED floodlights and fixtures to put them in, and you've got yourself a red light source that should be anywhere from ~3600-5400 lumens bright.
