Almost 100 years ago, Edgar Cayce suggested red light usage to his clients.
He’s undeniably proof that there is more to the universe and spirituality than many people think. Materialism is the wooden sailing ship of spirituality- it’s over for thinkers like that
Edgar Cayce is a fake psychic and a fraud.
Edgar Cayce, often referred to as the "Sleeping Prophet," was an American mystic who claimed to channel answers to questions on subjects such as healing, reincarnation, wars, Atlantis, and future events while in a trance. Cayce's methods involved lying down and entering a sleep-like state, during which he would perform readings and provide answers to various health-related questions.
While Edgar Cayce did discuss various forms of alternative treatments and holistic approaches in his readings, there is no widely recognized, documented evidence from his recorded readings that explicitly mentions the use of "red light" therapy as we understand it today. However, Cayce did advocate for the use of various colors for healing purposes. His recommendations often included the use of colors through different means, such as colored lights, gemstones, or even fabrics, based on his belief that colors had specific healing properties.
but this is real :
Paramahansa Yogananda, a renowned spiritual teacher and yogi, embraced the practice of sitting in the sun daily as part of his holistic approach to wellbeing. According to his teachings, sunlight is vital for physical and spiritual health. He believed that sunlight not only nourishes the body by enhancing physical vitality and aiding in the production of essential vitamins, but it also uplifts the mind and spirit. Yogananda emphasized the importance of absorbing sunlight in moderate amounts to promote a deeper meditative state and spiritual growth. This practice aligns with his broader teachings on the harmony of body, mind, and soul and the use of natural elements to enhance spiritual awareness.
@@ifoundthistoday In multiple readings he explicitly recommends red light therapy.

It will go a few inches into the skin? How much skin do we have
HES RIGHT ON. At 69 years old after 2 weeks of red light therapy up my nose, my poor vision was better than 20/20
What kind of rig were you using?
Red light hasn't been shown to have any effect on visual acuity, only on your eye's ability to distinguish colors.
@@eggyapple3357 a inexpensive flashlight with infrared
@@Marmocet It worked great for me! I have better than 20/20 vision and now and dont even need reading glasses anymore. Try it
Did you wear any eye protection at all?
I do red light therapy, if you want to get the benefits you have to be in front of the LEDs so for cover your full body you need at least 2 panels and are the good ones are not cheap. With my panels you cant look at the LEDs, beware some are laser LEDs.
Yup! I have kala elite panel and it was $1600cdn. Not cheap. You only need two panels though if you want it on both sides at the same time to save time spent in the light.
So what are your thoughts on red light blanket therapy…I’ve been using omnilux red mask therapy 5 days a wk 10 min. For 3 months and I’m seeing good results 😊…sure would like your thoughts on at home red light blanket therapy thanks 😊
I like my JOOVV panels, I feel relaxed after using them.

Methylene blue (oral intake or IV) + Red Light Therapy is a bomb!!!
thanks for the tip, which do you recommend to do first and do you have a protocol to share?
How do you take the methylene blue what dosage?
For anyone who can't afford a fancy light panel give methylene blue a look. It is also good for the mitochondria. Usp grade not fish tank cleaner.
Ah! Thank you so much!! This stuff is powerful.
Light panels are like 30/60 usd in Amazon these days and Zjust as good
We take methylene blue, and that's why I'm now looking for red light panel! Together, they are even more powerful!!!
What is methylene blue??
Are there any cancer studies on it?
I just got my 2 red light therapy, I felt relaxed after. Doing this due to pain n hips n shoulder. So I hope it will help my pain so bad I walking w a cane at 65

The intensity of red light in sunlight is at its peak at earth's surface at high solar noon. It just doesn't look light it because the intensity of light at all other wavelengths is at its peak at that time too.
Is it safe for a person with a pacemaker to use red light therapy?
Yes
Which red light therapy device do u recommend?
@linaliulifestyle1024
I purchased a Rouge Care G3 table top redlight unit last year in the spring and I can honestly say it is an excellent device! It CURED my sciatica and totally eliminated my pain. It also healed my lower back, I was so impressed that I bought a small Rouge Care nano device for my brother in law very recently. Rouge Care has long lasting medical grade technology and there are even claims that their units are more powerful than Joov and many other units. I would not waste my money on the cheap Chinese made ones on Amazon. It appears most of those are garbage and also many manufactures lie about the actual wave lengths, (nanometers). I hope this helps you and I wish you success in your pursuit of the ultimate health!

@@mikes1794 Why thank you :)
I use the Biomax 900
BioMax
So, is Joovv the brand that everybody is recommending? Definitely want to buy a panel with a budget around $1500, but there are so many options. Thoughts/recommendations?
Platinum is better
I have my eye on biomax
After doing research, I settled on Hooga Ultra 360. I just got it 2 days ago. If this works well, I will then invest more money and buy a bigger version. I do have to say though, I noticed a subtle mood change in me after just using it for one day.
Joovv is very expensive compared to quality it brings. Watch some reviews, but I wouldn't recommend Joovv.
Exesas.... I bought mine and it is very powerful
im looking for a red light therapy that actually works for weight loss. Anyone know of a decent one that isnt over $2k?
Keto diet is better for weight loss but do both! I’m a keto coach and I teach about technologies in my Fb group Learning Anti Aging.
Biomax
Studies show that red light alone won't help with weight loss but it will increase weight loss when paired with exercise (as in, you will lose more weight than with exercise alone and no RLT).
The trick is, never use LED lights only use incandescent light. LED lights harms you.
Why are they harmful? The red light and near infrared bulbs in these panels are all LEDs. It's not the LEDs that are harmful its the color spectrums at certain times of the day that go against our natural circadian rhythm.
@@nsiebenmor color of spectrum is natural. The sun has the color spectrum. LED are not natural. You have it backwards
Planet Fitness has Red Light Therapy
They do but its only the red wavelength
They're shit devices.
idk where this dude got his information but if he's right...damn pretty interesting.
This is why low dose Methylene Blue is used in conjunction with red light therapy. It's all about mitochondrial health.
I’ve been doing red light for months I’ve noticed really nothing but it maybe too early
Maybe you are dosing incorrectly? What distance are you from the red light and what is the power output + time you are doing it for? Those are parameters that may need adjusting. It's the Goldilocks effect (biphasic dose response): a small amount stimulates, a large amount inhibits. You have to find the sweet spot. Hope you start to see some benefits.
full body ? Red light + NIR ?

You don't need an expensive red light therapy light. You can just buy a red led spotlight for ~$15. Red LED lightbulbs typically emit in the 610-650nm wavelength.
I want to believe this…gonna google
Google autodeleted my reply because of a link I included. Use the search terms "spectral analysis wavelength nm red LED" and that should get you the information you're looking for. There is also a tool you can look up using the search terms "Wolfram wavelength to color tool" that will show you how wavelength corresponds to color. You'll see that your eye perceives light as red at wavelengths of about 620 nm and greater, so if the LED looks red to you, it's emitting at an average wavelength of at most ~620 nm. At wavelengths just a few nm less than 620, light takes on a distinctly red-orange color. For reference, brake lights on cars emit at an average wavelength of ~630-660 nm.
Getting bright red light sources is not expensive. Buy three red LED floodlights and fixtures to put them in, and you've got yourself a red light source that should be anywhere from ~3600-5400 lumens bright.
Its true, Dr. Andrew Humberman said it on his podcast
the panels have red light plus near infrared though. very positive benefits from using both
Come on, guys. Look up "irradiance" ....it's the power of the light in miliwatts per square centimeter at the skin surface. Any air or distance decreases the power. Inverse square law, they say. This blurb just confused you folks
Mitochondria does not make up 10% of a persons body weight. This is a false statement. Is Gary heavily invested in red light therapy companies?
I feel like a biologist should be somewhat decent at math. 2 vs 36 is an 18-fold increase. It's hard to trust his knowledge base.
2 to 36 is an 18 fold increase.
Yeah, I'm sure he doesn't know what he's talking about. If his mind is too distracted speaking on Rogan Podcast & gets a math equation wrong, he's probably stupid.
Maybe you & me can do everything he can do better 🤔

just join planet fitness and use it for free 😆
Apparently it doesn’t help with going bald.
All he did was describe the krebs cycle and zero about the mechanism for red light. You are rarely in an oxygen lacking state, only when exercising strenuously which you can't keep up for long. This added nothing to the conversation
Sure, but your VO2 max is probably the single best predictor of longevity or lackthereof. I think that is what he was probably alluding to, after all, he did say efficient use of oxygen.
16 fold oxygen !!!!!!!!!! cancer here i come.
Huh?
Cancer cannot survive in the presence of oxygen.
A million videos on CZcams on how red light therapy is bullshit and yet here we are. One Joe rogan video 😂
it's well studied. Check pubmed or google scholar to learn more. There are benefits to it
That is not true, there are many studies on red light and its benefits. I have been watching them for the last year.
Just get regular sunlight, yall Americans always tryna shortcut something
😂😂😂😂😂
And over 3000 plus studies and scientific papers on photobiomodulation :) Would be interested in seeing which videos can scientifically show that red light is not a valid wellness modality. We are currently talking to a Division I football and baseball program, and we have several professional athletes who are using our products as well as a number of sports trainers. Not to mention all the clinics who are using our panels, I don't think there are any established researchers or doctors who are saying that it is not a valid treatment but if there are please respond with their research as we are always interested in different perspectives.
