A lot of people who forcibly spend every waking minute around other people do so because they themselves are poor company so they cant bear being alone.

Theo really summed it up. I've felt loneliness in some regard since I was a teenager, and the thought of leaving that emotion behind is scary. It's like an abusive partner I've been with for years now, leaving them behind would mean abandoning that part of myself that's familiar and always been there. But I guess the trick is you gotta do it, it only gets harder the longer it sticks with you. Like an abusive partner, it'll never let you grow beyond into something better.

Wow. That was powerful. Just became a fan of Theo and can't wait to hear the full conversation. Thank you for being vulnerable man.

It used to be scary to feel proud because I never wanted to get too attached to the idea of a good thing out of fear it will go away and hurt me worse. I think when you’ve experienced any significant hardship or circumstance it’s common to not want to feel too proud of moving up.

Theo is incredibly courageous, although I bet he doesn't think he is :( I'm so impressed by his humility, honesty, and his vulnerability. Takes a strong man to acknowledge and confront his demons. You have so many people pulling for you, Theo.

I love ya, brother! ❤ keep up the honesty. We all have these negative thoughts and instantly disregard all the best things about ourselves. Your worth and the impact you have on people is pretty outstanding! Much love!

Thanks Theo and Tony- such a beautiful moment. It reaffirms the choice to stop the madness and enjoy my journey to love myself.

Theo Von, the most transparent, humble, and vulnerable man. So kind and cool to me. Tony Robbins, putting Theo’s fixed views of himself, reframed back to him, with such empathy, love it, love it. Our men (in my humble opinion) need to know it’s OK to be transparent. THE WORK of self awareness is non stop. Thanks much Theo.

Theo I don't know if you will see this, but you helped me so much this year. I have been very sick for seven years and except for going to hospital I haven't been anywhere but in a bed. This year was especially dark, because I lost the last of my money from my house and car and not even a little better yet, however you made me laugh so much. That is one of the things I am so grateful for.Thank you so much, you are a blessing! PS I think you are really handsome too. Much love from South Africa

Wow kudos to the people that fed Tony on Thanksgiving when he was a child. There’s been many strangers that have done randomly kind or generous things to me in my life and it always touches my heart when I think of them.

It's one of the biggest obstacles isn't it?..... to be proud of yourself. To actually LIKE yourself... the least narcissistic thing you could do...

I think anybody could talk to Tony and cry, he just has an aura about him that makes you want to open up and let out the stuff you been holding in.

It’s like looking in a mirror. I feel every word Theo is saying. I’ve always felt like an anomaly amongst my peers in how I just don’t see my self worth but people validate it constantly by showing me in little ways, and somehow my story refuses to accept it. This is exactly the video I needed. Thank you for being so open and vulnerable. You may not realize how many people you’re helping.

Theo, love seeing you express your emotions as you continue to grow. Remember, the emotions that we experience is love (self love) bubbling over from within. You're a bright light in this dark world so keep shinning.
