REal problem is the lack of Hospital Link or cash less Hospital in kerala, Likewise SBI Arogya also very good Insurance but no use, hospital list very poor, in fact the Claim reimbursement is very difficult

please dont take this policy. They never give you any claims. For health insurance companies, the target is to deny maximum claims. So if you want a cover of 5 lakh, then check the premium for such policy and start saving strictly the same amount in a bank. Start a recurring deposit. Never go for health insurance. Their target is take the premium and deny the claims. Especially LIC.
