  • In this video, Mary Biancalana will teach us how to perform Trigger Point Release to eliminate trigger points that could cause Knee & Thigh Pain. We will use a stretching strap & 5"ball on the Adductors and Quad muscles. When these muscles are tight they can mechanically antagonize the gluteal and hip muscles, so it is important to treat these muscles also if you have hip/ buttocks or low back pain.
