Used lemon peel
1 Tsp fresh ginger
3 cups water
2 cups sugar

I made it this morning, but now rewatching the video, I just realized u had put the sugar to boil with the skin. And Iet the liquid sit overnight, So it taste good but too Tart. But thx for sharing.
@@marciasmith9459 yes I put the sugar to boil but you can always skip that part and mixture it in a bowl instead. I didn’t leave it overnight. If it’s too tart next time you can add less lemon and more sugar to take it away, thanks for trying hopefully next time you will make it🙏🏾❤️
