What we do here in South Africa is we peel off the zest and pack sugar on it and allow it to extract the nice oils, overnight in the fridge. This then gets heated (not boiled) on the stove with the water. Allow to cool. The juice is then added and then the mixture is strained and voilá. 🤗
Then the rest of your cool stuff. 🍓

I am going to make a lemonade stand
My neighbor gave my grandma LOTS of FAT LEMONS from their tree. The tree has been there since the previous neighbor and they don’t use many lemons sooo, ima think of some creative ways to make some lemonades cuz I want juice lol 😂

You could also do flavored lemoncello, or a hard lemonade.
My favorite would be pomegranate lemonade. Also, warm lemonade with or without tea and honey.

I always wondered the ratio of fruit. I'm wondering how I can convert this recipe because I generally always have some simple syrup made. I''ll probably still use a 2:1 ratio

Hello! I’m new to your channel and living the content… however can you use lemon juice instead of lemons??, and would that complicate the measuring???
She specifies 2 cups of lemon juice. Either from an actual lemon or the bottle. BUT the bottle stuff doesn’t taste very good compared to the fruit
