Thank you for posting these videos. Glad to see Pierre stopping by your place. I know Ocean Trailers well, and it’s so good to see your business get (and give) this kind of exposure.

I love Pierre, but like all people who don't work in the trades, he does not understand the challenges in getting more people into the building trades and keeping them there.

How do you justify your comment. Do you personally know Pierre and know his strengths and weaknesses or are you just (ass)(u)(ming)

It’s not that he doesn’t understand; it’s that he has no jurisdiction over education, and Canadian education has an overtly anti-trades mentality.

@@va3svd It has so little to do with education compared with other things. In Alberta, to become an apprentice, you have to convince an employer to indenture you as an apprentice.
If you can get about 8-10 months worth of solid work, depending on how much overtime you're working or how many layoffs you have to go through, only then do you become a student and you get to take your first 2-month block of classes.
Then you have to find an employer who will indenture you for another 8 to 10 months. Then two more months of school.
Then do that another two times, or another one time for certain trades, then you write your exam, then you're golden. I mean, as golden as it gets for trades people here.
(A family member is a carpenter from Australia and he can't believe how little tradespeople make in Canada.)
Anyway, you made the mistake that everyone who doesn't work in the trades makes, and that is assuming that you go to trade school to become a tradesperson. There are some jurisdictions that's true for, but it's important to know the difference as it relates to Canada.

"Puppeteer Propaganda Pollieve" exaggerated sensationalism. Real estate is what this is all about in BC. I sure he will expand his portfolio and more . Unbelievable if people think this guy should be charge.

canadians no longer have say in ottawa ! it's obvious with what trudeau has done to this country and its peaple ? And we could not stop him? he should have been forced to resighn? and he still our PM? I will never vote in this country again . Pierre Poilevre will be no differant ? its just a matter of time befor he turns on canadians ? focus on your provincial government ? don't loose control of that too? good luck ! CANADA
