iPad Air 3 Black Screen Of Death | ASMR Relax And Repair

- In this ASMR video, we repair an iPad Air 3rd generation with the black screen of death (BSOD).
First, we heat the iPad Air 3 on our heat mat at 85 celsius for about 5 minutes. Next, we use our trusty razor blade to pry under the iPads glass display in order to create a gap. We use a plastic card to break the adhesive under the glass in order to remove the LCD display.
After lifting up the display DO NOT tug on the iPad Air 3 screen, because the cables to the screen are very short. We then need to use a screwdriver bit without the handle to remove the LCD plates screws. We use a screwdriver bit without the handle because a full screwdriver will not fit under the screen.
After removing the LCD plate, and unplugging the screen. We need to test the new screen to see if that fixes the black screen of death. After plugging in the screen we see that it fixes the issue!
Next, we need to remove the home button from the broken screen. We use a heat gun to loosen the home button bracket’s glue. Then we use a razor blade to scrape the glue off of the home button bracket down to the shiny metal.
We replace the home button bracket glue with new adhesive and install the home button onto the new iPad Air 3 screen.
Then we plug the new screen in and do a final test, install the LCD connectors bracket, and seat the new display onto the frame. Good as new! - Věda a technologie

Mine does this saw someone said put it in the freezer for a bit and it comes back to life it does every time, wasn’t so bad during winter but now it’s hotter have to press power button a 100 times rather than a few or it never comes to life unless in the freezer, left it in their for over 6 hours the other day I forgot was frozen but hair dryer sorted it. Thought this was a fix but it’s just screen replacement which is more than the iPad is worth

Usually the backlight fuse will blow

액정 뒷면을 보면 회로가 두군데 있는데, 분명히 이쪽 문제인 것 같더군요. 생각보다 쉬운 수리일것 같은데 수리영상보면 모두 액정을 교체하는 영상밖에 없네요.
