Many thanks. Turned out that my outlet was partially block by a chunk of scale/coffee causing excessive overflow. Would never have found it with out opening it up. Excellent work sir...
Mine was leaking coffee from somewhere than what you described, but opening it up and cleaning it fix the issue! I’m so relieved, thanks for the great and easy explanation!
Thanks. Fixed my machine after this video. Easy. Panel removals a bit sketchy as you’re afraid to snap a clip but I pried it a bit with a flat head. Easy after that.
what a great and simple follow clip. One big thanks. I'm experiencing a different problem, aloud noise when brewing start and only a small amount of coffee is then released. My uneducated guess is the bearing, but how to replace it without destroying the machine. Maybe somebody had a similar experience with a solution
Great video. I have the same leak. I ignored it for months. Now the machine trips the power as soon as i turn it on. Without brewing a cup of coffee. Any idea what the problem could be?
Thanks for the great video. My machine is no longer leaking after following your instructions The overflow tube was completely clogged which was causing the leak as you said. Wasn’t easy to clean it out but ended up using a long qtip and rinsing out with a syringe. Is there a way to pull out the tube to make it easier to clean? Probably needs to be done periodically.
I’m having a weird problem with mine…the button doesn’t work. It’s solid White…good to go, but when pressing the button, nothing happens. I also have water in the round cup that the pod sits in. I have a feeling that it’s clogged…not allowing the water to fully drain into the coffee cup.
Depending on the machine, some people have had luck with flipping over the gaskets found where the water enters the spinning capsule from above. There is another video showing how to access this. Seems like they have a lot of issues with this particular design because the capsule is spun up to 7,000 times a minute to develop crema with what seems like less pressure.

You fixed my machine ❤️
Very helpful! Thanks so much!
Helpful.. mine leaks occasionally as well. I just Descaled it..hopefully it breaks up the gunk in the overflow tube as well. Thanks!
Can you show exactly how you remove the screws from the bottom?
The proper tool is a T10 security bit if you do not have it you will struggle
Hi jRo, I was notified that you had a question. I just used a thin flat screwdriver that fits in the star thing.

What is the tool name did you use to take out the screws for the machine?

Unplug. See if you can clean the key pad area. Good luck.
Here's a little trick
Push the capsule holder with toilet paper or paper towel to remove excess water from the cavity and it prevents leaks
@4:02 The overflow tube should go into a receptacle and not into an open space that can drip down to an expensive marble countertop to stain it.
My machine is leaking water & ive only had it a week now
