Great looking build. I like how you mounted everything nice and snug inside the frame of the kart. Could you go into a little more detail on how and what you used to retread the tires? That usually seems to be the biggest problem with toys like these. Thank you!
Sorry it took so long to respond haven't neen on my page in a while. I bought cheep harbor freight pneumatic tires and cut the tread off to size. I used a black 3m adhesive i believe for windshields to glue to the existing tires, scuff the solid tires for better adhesion.i then put the tire on the rear axle and ran the cart in the air. I used a xourse sandpaper to smooth them out and viola! Retread!
I built one of these to 48v too and itll run 32 down hill and 28 on flat with 15/30 gearing and solid wheels all around like the fronts. How did u make your wheels?
Dude great job!! You would make a great channel doing these things. I highly suggest it
Thanks. I plan on doing another one soon!
Very very clean
Show us a video on how u did it step by step
I have one but trying modify it
The video was an afterthought unfortunately. Will on my next build!

Check out my other response thanks
How did you tread your tires?
How did you connect the batteries
Hello
Where did you get the wheels?
The rubber I used was from pneumatic tires purchased from harbor freight
What type of axel should I buy
im using stock with 48v 1800w, if that helps.. . . stock wheels , unfortunately
I used a dfift cart axle with a bushing in one wheel
How did you wire your battery
I am planning to build another one, and I will video the full process!
20 mph is so fast for a cart. Maybe you can think about getting a harbor freight engine on the cart.
Wanted to keep it as factory as possible. Quiet works well in neighborhoods!
