I absolutely love the fact that we get a frequency response graph of tips. I got an S12 Pro, and it took me months to tame the treble. It was because of these videos, showing the frequency response of tips, that I got some Final Type E tips and saved me from buyers remorse.

Very similar experience on OG 7Hz Timeless - its the eartips and cables that make of break these planar sets. It took a lot of trial and error to find the ones that suited the combination of my ears and the sound I wanted - I have settled on the Tanchjim T-APB wide bore type, with 2nd preference towards the Dunu S&S.
      @catmeow1111
      I understand the experience!

I experienced inner ear pressure with the Aful MagicOne since these are non-vented IEMs. The pressure imbalance between my inner ears and the surround air pressure was annoying. I installed the Tang Sancai eartips. I noticed the the inner ear pressure is equalized due to the rough texture of the eartips umbrellas. Others have reported the same experience with the MagicOne and with the Orchestra Lite.

Good to know it seems to work for others.
I have not had the same positive experience with these that's why I also included it in this review.

I got the wider bore version hopefully it pans out ok. The small benefits of grip and pressure relief intrigues me

Hope they work for you :-)
Unfortunately, they do not work for me :(
I have tried them on basically all IEMs, including TWS, I have but I can't get them to fit well enough...
I'll probably will still make a video about the wide bore version, but first on the list are the Velvet and the Sedna Max tips.

Tangzu launched the tang sancai with doble falange and narrow bore. Hope you can review it

      Wait what? When xD?
I'll record the wide bore review today or tomorrow the other ones came out of nowhere. Need to get my hands on them too, absolutely^^

I don't like these too much on the Monarch MkIII; like almost all medium/narrow-bore tips, they seem to present an exaggerated upper midrange that makes male vocals, distorted electric guitars, etc. metallic/shrill sounding to my ears. They also compress/crush/make splashy? the cymbals, and hardened the attack of drumsticks on the rim of drums in Georgia Peach by Acoustic Alchemy, my test track of choice for this.

Compared to smaller bore tips this definitively is true. However, keep in mind insertion depth also matters and their medium-tips generally do worse than smaller bore or wider bore tips which can also play a role in the perception.

@@don_spektor Sure thing, everything I said is just based on my ears -- I remember you having problems with Spring tips, but I have none whatsoever (: It really does depend on our individual ears

I could definitely benefit from an XL size on some of my iems. Awesome tips otherwise.

For me it's mostly the opposite: I benefit from SS tips. But because I know ears are so different, I usually at least mention the available sizes and whether some are missing.
