Hi lily. At the beginning of the season I put a layer of compost (aged horse poo in my case) and some 4-4-4 fertilizer under the plant when I put it in (see my tomato playlist that will show you the different steps I do). Then during the season I foliar spray several times with humic acid and epsom salts (again I have videos you can check out on this too). I did not feed them anything else for the rest of the season. I live in Canada in BC in the moutains so my summers dont get as hot, but where I grow the tomatoes and cucumbers is in the hoop house which can get very hot at times up to 105F. There may be better timing for your tomatoes due to how hot it gets. Check with some locals that have great looking plants ask them when they start them. Best of luck!

I only have male flowers for my cucumvers and bitter gourd.

Usually male flowers come first then females show up later. Some varieties have more males, some more female, some only female (most expensive seeds). Hopefully you are not nearing the end of the season and have more time for the females to show.
