wondered how to make a main menu in roblox studio? or how to create a shop which has working GUI? ive made lots of 2024 roblox scripting tutorials about all the different bits of roblox to give you some up-to-date information about all of its properties and events.

You should make the game have badges every certain amount on their score. You can even create UGC and let’s say a player makes 1000 wins, they could claim the UGC. Possibly could hire someone else to make the UGC if you preferred

You should’ve made the 5 second collision thing a timer everyone can see, and made the parts flicker and stuff before they disappear. I get its meant to be a troll map, but it’d be better if you could predict it.

Hi ByteBlox! I was thinking about purchasing your beginner to advanced course on udemy but I don’t know if it is worth it because I have tried a lot of courses and many of them don’t really explain why they are doing what they are doing. Does it explain all the important aspects of Roblox Studio (the different functions, clients, APIs, etc)? Are there any free (or paid) Roblox studio courses that you could recommend that would give me more information that helps me build on the my understanding of the content from your course?
My course has basically all those things, PLUS the formula and mindset that goes into making a game (and also the simplest working datastore system which a lot of people liked about the course)

How do you fix the script so it's giving you 1 point when you touch the endpart?
Probably just attach a small invisible hit box to the feet of every player and check if that hitbox touches something, because the issue is that if we’re checking for player collision, and their two big feet touch the endpart, that will give them two points

3:30 ermmm i'm gonna be that guy and say that's not an optimal way of doing it. Don't put the script inside the part, instead use collectionservice to loop through a tag (give the killbricks a tag called "killBrick" for example) then paste the function inside the for loop 👍

Well you see sir, https requests can only be made on the server. So the ip that you will get will correspond to the server and not the player. 🤓👍
