@@alpheendomination thats not true. Years back, there was a ytber (i forgot his name now) who made tons of adds. He spent like over 200k+ just advertising his yt channel but he died rlly quick. The title isn't misleading. It never said that he wasn't going to spend money. Also his brother made thousands of the game which is way more than what he spent advertising it.
@@MajesticUC 1. I did not say spending a million dollars will mean you never have to put in any effort, if you spend money on advertising, you have to put in effort to maintain that audience. Still doesn't negate how easy it is to draw people in with wealth though.
2. It is misleading, specifically stating "to prove it's not luck" means you are doing it without any advantage to prove anyone can do it. A more accurate title would be "Seeing how much money it takes to make a game successful".
3. Yes he made all his money back, but you can say that about anything, point is, 99% of people do not have money initially.

Too many people are focusing on the budget side, if your game was not fun to play at all then it wouldn't matter if you sunk a $1k, it'd just die again.

I remember one time I got bored and made a game called "Daredevil simulator". The whole purpose of game was to be a joke that the character is blind, but somehow the game gained 10k visits before I made it private 😂 No advertising. Either you follow trends, or you make a game so good that you don't need to follow a trend,

Hey, Used to be a big player of Bake da baby. I know you guys in the start had 4 maps but, after the new lobby update i stopped playing, It started to become like bedwars, Tryhards Bundles, It wasnt fun to replay the same thing but.. With pros, now its impossible to re-enjoy the game where it used to be.
