Hey Ant! Big fan of your channel and the bbq youtube community as a whole. I'm a registered dietian and I've seen a lot of BBQ CZcamsrs like yourself and Jeremy Yoder mention about keeping the weight off between videos and trips so I always put it out that as a BBQ loving RD, I'm an equally big lover of health and always trying to help folks in the community!
Checked them out a couple of weeks ago. Soooo good! Brisket is special. Ribs are also really good! They’ll blow up soon…deservingly so.
That bbq looks so good, it’s a nice change of pace seeing good joint not taking itself too seriously.

What would you say are the must try items? I will stopping on a Thursday on my way down to SC. I have eaten at all the top spots in Austin.
Brisket, Ribs (they changed them from when we went, they are smoked and then finished over live coals sounds amazing), the pulled pork, Turkey BLT (made with their insane turkey and their smoked pork belly thats charred on the flat top insane) . For sides, beans, Brussel Sprouts were insane, and Mac and Cheese were our favorites.
