  • How good was Antonio Conte actually? #GOAT
New video is about one of the most talked-about coaches we've seen over the 2010's in football. We take on Conte who played for Juventus and coached them, Chelsea and Inter most of his career. After a career as a player that saw him lose out on multiple international finals, he turned it around as a coach becoming known as a serial winner, taking teams in trouble and magically turning them into winning machines.

Antonio Cnte has the Juventus menatlity. He played for Juventus for 13 years and has been the captain too. If you are a Juve player your mentality musty be WIN. You can't be weak, you can't cry, you can't complain. You must be a soldier. You wake up in the morning and your first thought must be WIN, eating your breakfast WIN, under shower WIN, in the training centre WIN. I invite you to read the words of Ibrahimovic when he arrived at Juventus and its strong impact. While training, when he saw Thuram's hard tackle on Del Piero, Ibrahimovic thought "This is crazy you would break his legs!" and when he tried to talk to Capello the first time he saw him. Ibra said "Hi, I am Ibra", Capello watched him with a severe bad face, then ignored him and left the room saying nothing to him. Ibra said, "Gosh, now I know who is the boss here" (of course the boss was Capello). Even what Moggi said to him when he complained about showers in a training centre. Moggi said to him roughly "SHOUT UP. DON'T COMPLAIN. You are here to WIN" Ibrahimovic said so many times he is so grateful to have lived those things at Juve because he matured the winning mentality. You can see Moggi with Ibra in a photo for his last birthday. Zidane too said many times he matured the winning mentality at Juve (1998 Balon d'Or)

This will be controversial don't consider him among the greatest managers because he showed his true colors when he was with tottenham when the club was in the europa conference league he didn't take the competition seriously and the team was eliminated The snobbish attitude left a bitter taste for the fans to see the competition as nothing and it basically showed he didn't respect the opponents or the tournament Ironically mourinho who was fired from that club a week before the league cup final took the europa conference league very serious and became the inaugural winners of the competition The environment at tottenham is as
toxic because of the ownership However we see why mourinho is a better manager than this person

I've been binge watching your channel while working and I really enjoy it. I do have some comments about this video since I am a lifelong Inter fan.
    1. Marotta arrived 1 year before Antonio Conte, he arrived in 2018.
    2. Ivan Perišić was an inter player since 2016. He was sent on a dry loan by the demand of Conte.
    3. Sensi arrived in 2018.
    4. Conte's departure from Juve was very dramatic and he was blacklisted from the club.
    5. Conte's decision to join Inter sparked a lot of controversy and 10,000 people signed a petition to have his star removed from the club. I think these details needed to be motioned in his video.
    I'm subscribed btw.

Conte is an extremely tactical manager and every detail of his game plans are already thought on. On the other hand he never had a big money behind him in any club he managed so he had to always fight against bigger rivals ( the only exception was Juve coz Chelsea at his time was under UEFA sanctions). Despite these he has managed to always win something. Not every manager is as lucky as Pep whom his club owners spend non stop in transfer market and allow him years to fight for Champions league title.
