Marcin Patrzalek a Polish percussive fingerstyle guitarist, composer, and producer. He is known for combining fingerstyle, percussive guitar techniques with modern electronic and orchestral production.
Patrzałek's popularity grew rapidly beyond Polish borders due to multiple viral releases online. His videos were posted and discussed by notable publishers such as Rolling Stone, Metal Hammer, Classic FM, Guitar World, Billboard as well as independently.
Patrzalek's performances have amassed over 150 million views online[citation needed], the main contributors to this number being his solo acoustic guitar arrangements of major classical pieces such as Moonlight Sonata or Beethoven's 5th Symphony, as well as popular music, rock arrangements, and original compositions.
In 2018, Patrzałek became an official endorser of Ibanez acoustic guitars. At the end of the same year, he won the 5th edition of major Italian TV talent show Tu Si Que Vales, broadcast by Canale 5, receiving a standing ovation from the judges for the first time ever in the show.
Later, he competed in America's Got Talent which contributed to his popularity overseas, as well as produced multiple viral performances.
Marcin's continued prolific output on Instagram and TikTok led to him being praised by guitar figures such as Tom Morello, Paul Stanley, Dweezil Zappa, Tosin Abasi and Vernon Reid.

Seria "Pan Marcin i Jego szalona Gitara". To jest fragment koncertu który odbył się 4 grudnia zeszłego roku w Toruniu na Jordankach. Byłam tam. Atmosfera...super uczta muzyczna. Każdemu polecam. Kwartet smyczkowy , perkusja, gitara elektryczna i Pan Marcin na gitarze akustycznej. Dla porównania proponuję moonlight sonata na gitarę solo. Oba kawałki pan Marcin opracował sam. To fragment koncertu, który odbył się w Katowicach w NOSPR. Ale wierzę, że w Toruniu Marcin grał równie wspaniale.

@@annaswodczyk1069 No to w takim razie jest bardzo podobny układ sceniczny. Identycznie stali muzycy, identyczne światła, i identyczny układ foteli na widowni. Nie zmienia to faktu, że koncert był super. Jeżeli mamy tak bardzo podobne sale, to tylko się cieszyć. Bo Jordanki toruńskie mają bardzo dobrą akustykę. Mam nadzieję , że w Katowicach też był dobry odbiór 👍👍💕

Marcin Patrzałek (born October 6, 2000 in Kielce, Poland) Polish is a fingerstyle guitarist, composer and producer.
He began playing classical guitar at the age of 10, under the direction of Jerzy Pikor, a teacher from Kielce. Two years later, he began learning flamenco techniques with Spanish guitarist Carlos Pinana. In 2015, he won the ninth edition of the Must Be the Music program. Only music, and in 2016 he released his debut album entitled Hush.
In the same year he became a finalist of the International Fingerstyle Guitar Master Competition, and the following year he won first prize at the Joaquín Rodrigo International Classical Guitar Competition. In 2018, he won the fifth edition of the Italian program Tu Si Que Vales. On November 12, 2018, he released an EP entitled revAMP, containing his most popular arrangements.
Previously, he released his own single "Baba Yaga". In 2019, he entered the 14th edition of America's Got Talent, in which he reached the semi-finals. In 2020, he signed a contract with Sony Music.
17 year old Marcin arranged & performed "Master of Puppets" by Metallica.
Marcin uses the innovative technique of "percussion fingerstyle", which is why he chose the flagship Ibanez AE900-NT guitar from the AE and Thermo Aged™ AVD80-NT series equipped with a K&K Trinity Pro pickup, which allows him to combine extensive percussion elements with standard guitar playing.

Marcin is 23, ive been following his videos a few years now, its obvious he lostens to a higher sound literally a God given talent. He started i think when his father bought him a guitar at 10 years old.

This is Marcin's concert setup. He had the last concert tour across Poland (2023) lately with accompanying orchestra(string instruments, drums, and bass) in 2024 he have plans for the Japan, USA and Canada tour. This "detuning" with tuning pegs he made this only once in this video. Other two was just guitar neck bending to detune a bit. He's awesome not only on the stage, he is genuine and funny guy off stage also. There is cool interview with Marcin done by Rob Scallon that is worth watching.
To analyze Marcin's playing, it is necessary to use the phenomenology of sound and silence, i.e. exploring the soul and consciousness of the creator and the listener. To this we should also add the phenomenology of encounter.
