So nice to see your wife! Always love the videos. Keep up the good work!
More to come!
Hi Tim, from the UK, lovely to see your good lady joining in. Hope you have a great time.
I watch a lot of bushcraft and wilderness survival videos, but almost all of them are woods-based. I live in the Southwest, and yes, water is scarce in the desert. No actual trees, very little shade, if any in some parts, etc. This video was spot on and a reminder that survival depends on the context. Us desert people need more of these videos! Thank you both!
Thanks Man. Glad I could share this experience.
Awwwwwwwwwwwwww your wife is lovely! I love her hair! Beautiful. Happy Mother's Day to her!! Please feature her more but only if she is comfortable. Thank you so much for continuing to post. I truly value your channel! I am a beginner prepper/survivalist. I'm a woman and I am learning a lot. I live in the city and I'm hoping to move and purchase a small farm or land to build a tiny home. Your channel is great! Please keep going. I appreciate your content and efforts.
I’ll pass these nice words on to her. So kind of you.
Cool!
Awesome video
Thanks!
That was a very cool format for your newest video, hope to see more just like it. Enjoy Shot Show, cant wait for you next video.
Nice easy to watch and informative. Thanks
The last tip was the best tip
We were laughing, thinking about it, but figured it was probably worth saying.
well done! infotainment
Thank you!
I live near Valley of Fire. Thanks for the tips.
Glad to help
These were great tips. Thanks.
Good information 👍
Thanks ww
Thanks for the video
Thanks Tim. This is one thing I dont know alot bout. I live in northern vt. No desert here. So all the info is great .
Yeah, being in New Hampshire I feel the same way so it’s good to get out to that new environment.
Nice video! I live where it's just slighter more wet than a desert.
Great info and good to know 🤙🤙🤙
Thanks 👍
Thank you sir, as an AZ resident the desert is no joke. I have always been amazed at how "chilly" it can get if you are in the desert at night, compared to the day. We did summer camping one time, and it was downright stifling in the tent if you went in it during the day. At night though I ended up breaking out a SOL Emergency blanket to cover us b/c are summer weight sleeping bags were no where near enough to retain warmth.
Well said! A lot of people think it’s just hot out there. It’s everything in a lot of cases. Hot and cold.
Thank you for the vid this is some good stuff👍
Thanks for watching. This was a fun one to put together.
A nice little addition to a video like this would be a quick edc dump or tools to carry when visiting the desert. Nice!
Great video!
Thanks friend. Appreciate you
Thanks for these important tips!
You bet!
Good lord shes beautiful!! Best addition to your channel yet.
Hey man. I definitely married up.
@EverydayTacticalVids same here. I'm excited for your new videos.
Awesome vid guys ❤️🙏

Another great video! thanks!
Speaking of the weather, it is very dry. What this means is 50 degrees can fell like 30 degrees. It very similar to a wind chill effect.
Great tips!
Thanks!
Thanks Tim. My wife and I live in Arizona and had several camping adventures here. Your tips are all very valid.
Thank you, my friend. Glad to know this makes sense from your perspective as well.
Love your new co host!!
Red rock canyon or valley of fire? The cool thing about Vegas is also having mountains around to beat the heat in the summer.
You could do an entire video on the yucca plant alone. They are an amazing plant with myriad uses. It is the NM state flower & they are abundant in southern NM where I live. Another highly useful plant here is the sotol.
Nice video
Nice vid.
i wonder if they made a somewhat foldable sombrero
I like that idea.
Great vid! 👍 Reminds me of some of my favorite spots in central and southern Utah.
Glad you enjoyed it! Yeah, pretty similar to some spots of Utah. I hope to get out there to do some training.
@@EverydayTacticalVidsYou’ll love it! There’s some really great areas in Escalante.
Not that would be some ruffing it there lol good points great vid
Hello... You appear to be happy in the thumbnail image for the video. I plan to watch this video, and your other recent one a bit later... _John_ [-.-]
Yes, I feel happy.
I think I'd just stick to park trails I was familiar with and are marked clearly and that don't go far from the park office.
So basically what I'm hearing is that everything in the desert wants to either hurt or kill you. I think I'll follow your final tip and just stay in the woods.
So, she is the one, that took care of you when you burned poison oak, benn i fan long time, and thank you
Ha! Yup that’s her.
Best survival advice I can give anybody ......................RELOCATE ......grew up in AZ , moved to a more hospitable place , with abundant natural resources , and an ocean . In my mind , there isn't a decent place in the southwest to live . Just Sayin
