I have the dual airhorns on my truck. They are alright. Decently loud, but I left them combined with the stock horn, so I sounds a bit deeper.

For my first MOT i needed a horn but I couldn't afford one so I put a bicycle ting-a-ling one on, but that wouldn't do as it wasn't loud enough. Then I went with a "pumpy styley thing, but that wouldn't do either. So I tried an air horn strapped to the handlebars. He passed it.

That top one is a siren, and anyone putting one on their bike or car may want to check with local laws. In many places they are illegal to have in a vehicle, just as some places allow only emergency vehicles/first responder volunteers to have emergency lights mounted.
