2019 and CoD is still using green bars instead of actual numbers for gun stats
2019 and CoD is still a video game.
Graphs are easier for those to read who are not too bothered by stats. Easier to visually remember bars for comparisons than a shit ton of numbers

A lot of MMO/RPG games have their stats in numbers and color coded
Green = increase
Red = decrease
It wouldn't be hard for CoD to use that format
Just let us press one button that displays the numbers for those who want the information

Remember the claymore having no delay and it could kill you when you had EOD up to like 7.5m radius?
1 year later and this gun counts for about 33% of all killls in MW
3 years later & I still correctly remembered the opening background gameplay

- Headshot Damage Multiplier reduced from 1.6x to 1.5x (Now 2 headshots are need to be useful in the 4 shot kill range)
- Hipfire spread increased by 45% (Includes all other ARs with the same hipfire spread as the M4), Now matches the Oden hipfire spread.

I love the socom rounds for one-life modes. Its crazy 2 or 3 shotting someone from the other side of the map.
Socom rounds are the best in snd or cyber attack also any hardcore modes
Marksman barrel, mono suppressor, NVG scope, socom .458, FMJ, with stopping power rounds. BEST DMR ON THE GAME. Double tap and keep it moving. Super accurate. I outshoot snipers all the time.

I got back into CoD this year after not playing since BO3. I'm only just finding your channel for the first time. And I have to say, your videos are awesome. You can tell a lot of hard work goes into them, and I think I can speak for all your viewers in saying that we very much appreciate it.

@@hugoduzit I don't know exactly and that's the problem. There have been nerfs and buffs to a lot of weapons and i think that this particular one has been nerfed a few times.

(I know one from November 2019 and one from January 2020 - i think this was the last one, but i don't know exactly)
But only a bit - M4A1 for example;
A bit less dmg on long range a bit less fire rate - but it's still ridiculously high 😉

[Edit: (and at the moment when the m4 got nerfed - the m13 got buffed at January - so they are more close to each other)]
The pro's still play the m4 and mp5. (not that much like at the beginning - there everyone played it. but the most love it still and it's the favorite )
So it can't be that much and still the best for me or one of the best weapons for everyone!
(they just buffed others like I said - now it's M4A1, Grau and M13 for the most, like 90% - oh and a few like the Kilo or the Ram7. It's personal preference and experience!
What fits your playstyle and what you're used to! Those things.
There's the m4 still the best, cuz you can mod it like you want;
CC 9 mm like a mp!
mid/long range with m16 barrel or corvus and all around that for range and control.
Or like I told - the other way with 9mm and Force Tac those grip tape for fast tactics and a commando or the other one for guerrilla tactics. (sry don't know all names of special parts in Englisch)
Or something in the middle with6all that.
So! You can do everthing.
So it's definitely great and still my fav, cuz you can make everthing with that weapon! (ok you can do it with the most mg's - especially they I've told to you, but anyways)

I would love to see Stopping Power included in the damage profiles, unless you just want to save that for a stopping power video. Also the Mk. 2! That gun is wonderful

@@rafe6922 Turned Oden into a 1-shot kill. Didn't notice much of a difference with some other weapons. But that would make sense, was thinking it may be percentage based.
Stopping Power in this game doubles your damages flat. So just take the base numbers x2 and there you have the Stopping Power numbers.

Dang… The game has changed so much.. I miss the late nights with boys on Modern Warfare leveling up the M4 to use so we could pick up the dub in Warzone. Good times.
i would love to see a gun guide for the carbine next, because its one of my favorite guns in the game and there is a very specific attachment set up that has been amazingly good for me that i want to see if it gets listed in the guide. keep up the awesome work ace!

Great start to the gun guides, would have liked to have seen a class with the burst fire perk. Could you please do the m13 next? Its become my go to assault rifle.

One suggestion: when comparing barrels, can you overlay the original recoil pattern with the barrel you are comparing? Maybe two different colors to really illustrate the difference?

Awesome gun guide! I really appreciate all the information. I think the M4 is a very good option with all its versatility. I would love to see a gun guide on the Kilo next. I definitely think in the game's current state with the recent patch, the Kilo is a decent competitor to the M4 now. Best wishes to you Ace!

It would be amazing if we could get updated gun guides for the first 15 gun guides since for those Ace didn’t know to test the range on the barrels that boost movement speed. He said it changed his loadout on a lot of guns and I use those loadouts on my saved presets so I'd love to have the updated info to refer to for each gun.

First of all, amazing job Ace!, congratulations and thank you so much for the effort and time you put int these series, REALLY WELL ILLUSTRATED, that's the part i like the most from your channel, compared to other youtubers just talking over their gameplays, you're definetely a great help for the community.
For the next guns in the series, i think you should alternate between Assault Rifles, SMGs and LMGs first, and leave the shotguns, aka the new sniper rifles at the end, those 725 users don't really need any extra help LOL.
The M4 and the Kilo are my current all-around guns, like many others out there, the M4 however i think it's going to get another nerf soon, tho, thanks again for this, and keep up the good work!

I'm just happy to have my pistols leveled up a bit. Having the lightweight triggers and range increasing attachments make them so much better
Yeah the way they did pistols kind of annoys me. The stock rof on the (not)glock is too slow for what it is. IMO the lightweight trigger is pretty much a necessity on the pistols besides the cannons maybe. I've been using hardcore to level up pistols. Goes by way faster than normal games.
The 357 is pretty nice now
I just did that for 357 yesterday. Now I can camp and use the pistol when I run out of ammo on the AR muhahahaha

Can you cover the AK-47 next? Like the M4, it can fit such a wide variety of playstyles between heavy hitting LMGs, standard AR, and an aggressive SMG.
I actually enjoy the conversions for the M4. I use the 9mm conversion a lot for being aggressive, and I love its higher fire rate. I also love using .458 SOCOM combined with some long range attachments and sniper scope for some accurate and fast shots at long range in semi auto.
The AKS-74U really isn't an SMG though.

M13 or MP5 your choice
I use the burst fire perk with the socom rounds. It's just like the cod4 m16, the only down side is you only get 3 bursts so you have to be accurate.

Do an mk2 review. That gun shreds up close because of the ads speed. I suggest stippled grip tape, slight of hand, ads speed comb stock, 24 inch barrel, monolithic suppressor. Get up close and aim for the upper chest/head. I've gotten some crazy flick shots with this gun.

The MP5 is downright disgusting on the close quarters combat map "Shoot House"
Ak 74 u but instead of the ammo conversion just use the normal ak 47 rounds
I played cod from MW to MW 3 _(didn’t play MW3 much)_
I knew the first night I played this game that the MP5 was going to be the best gun in the game.
They balanced the SMGs in Black ops, and apparently they’ve undone that change.
Everything is TTK, and SMGs inherently dominated at close range due to ADS and hip spread. Shots on target faster.
The problem was they made the MP5 a 2 shot kill with SP.
_(Juggernaut was better with SMGs due to this damage bonus at close range - canceled the 1 burst M16 at longer range, grenade spam, etc)_
The MP5 would already dominate TTK with ADS & Hipfire, the damage bonus was totally unnecessary.
Not only has the damage bonus come back with 3 shot kills, but they’ve added 10mm...
10mm dominates the AK’s TTK every range, with a couple of gaps - before adding in ADS and every other SMG benefit.
I believe the AK only has an advantage between 25-28 meters... at which it has a very , very insignificant pure dps advantage.

I find that using the 9mm conversion on hardcore playlists works well due to you not needing any recoil bettering perks. Instead you can attach things like no stock to make ads, etc much faster whilst retaining the next-to-no recoil
I just like running it with as much recoil control as possible. Turns it into a laser beam.
Yeah I need like 8 bullets to kill you at range, but I'm playing a point and click adventure game with it at this point, I can hold down the trigger for like half a second and you're done

Ian Fonseca why is everyone suck a whiny turd when it comes to claymores? I don’t have an issue with them. EOD counters them, spotter counters them, tacticals and grenades counter them, etc.

Ryūjin Jakka Because in their current state you practically have to run a perk to counter them because you can spawn in with 2 of them and easily get more throughout one life with the ammo crate and restock. I’ve been in games where the entire enemy team was running claymores and they had that shit on almost every window and doorway on the map. It just slows down the game and isn’t fun for anyone except campers.

Pro tip: Switch to semi-auto when you're using the socom rounds and you have a incredible DMR setup that is easily as good as the actual DMRs
I use the burst perk with socom rounds, body shots are an instant kill everytime
The .458 SOCOM is my favorite caliber conversion in this game.
MP5 and then M13 would be great to see next. The fact that you went over all the info and then gave some recommendations on setups is super helpful.

Man you did great in this series but I just which you would revisit these older videos. Just because so many things have been nerfed and or buffed throughout the year. I know you touched on the changes when they happen but it would be nice to have a go to video on that weapon that we won’t have to worry because it would be up to date.

Alexis Salas Bruhv it’s not too hard to find the fastest ads time by yourself. Especially if it’s your favorite gun. Load up a custom game and run attachments that say they improve ads time and if you think something doesn’t help try testing it without that one attachment. Should take 1-3 minutes to figure this out by yourself rather than nagging Ace to make a complete gun guide for it

XclusiveAce, you should create a platform where people could input their weapons and attachments from MW, and your platform/software would give back the changes in values that the attachments make (in actual numbers, not just bars like in the game).

That's a great idea, and it shouldn't be hard to do. Hardest part would be getting accurate values from the game, which he is already doing.
It’s crazy how every single CoD game has had completely useless info with the stat bars. At 5:52 the bar shows barely any range change, but it’s 40%

The 9mm conversion is so powerful, especially with the m16 barrel. Better smg than some of the smgs.
An xD meme people sleep on the 9mm, I like mixing it with the Corvus and FMJ just to keep the range and damage up
@@jordanricchio4378 Not even sleeping, its just straight up hating. Proof they never used the gun before. The 9mm m4 is statistically better in all categories than the 556 m4 when you have sleight of hand and range increasing attachments.
