However, since the breakup within a year I started working out every week and now i look fine fine!, I got closer to my family and old friends and made new friends. I got to travel to Columbia and Canada, and getting ready to go to DC to hang with new friends. I got out of real estate and into IT. I did a few training courses and went to some networking events and got my certifications. I did some remodeling to my house and I started reading self help books like “the power of now” “ face your fears and do it anyway “, and “negative self talk and how to change it”, I’m also doing cognitive behavioral therapy. I’ve definitely feel physically, emotionally, and spiritually stronger. If I can do it you ALL can! stay strong!
