I very recently discovered your channel and am so grateful for the confirmation of so many of the things I was feeling in my gut. I suppressed that shit for far too long... pushed it way down deep. I made excuses for his behavior, made exceptions for him and accepted and tolerated abuse that I would have NEVER put up with coming from anyone else. 😥 Ive been thinking back recently to when I met the narc, at work..or rather when HE decided to target me. The things he Did - AT WORK - were effed up and so low class, gross actually. But I ignored it, shoved his behaviors to the back of my mind ( made excuses as to Why) and didn't let go/ walk away until 2 weeks ago. I'm so ashamed that I didn't Go with my gut feeling. 😶
