I'm 6'4 367lbs. When I first tried to do a burpee I almost died and realized I cant even do a push up let alone pick myself up of the floor without using my hands. This was 2 weeks ago. I've been doing them everyday as long as I can. Yea my first week I was barely able to even last 2 minutes. I just hit my first 8 minutes straight no stops and I dont see myself stopping. Edit, I'm 323 now and actually am feeling motivated to keep this going. See you in a few months everyone! Updated weight^

to accomplish greatness you must be willing to do things you dont want to do.
sometimes if not most times its our emotions that motivate us. but when that fails us we gotta use discipline. dicipline gets us through the motions and instigates consistency. you got this bro. even if you sway a bit make sure to stay in the fight. good luck

In reality, this right here is optimal fitness. People aren't supposed to be huge (no diss to bodybuilders) and they aren't supposed to have all endurance and no strength. We're supposed to be strong and have endurance. Iron Wolf has very good strength, insanely good muscular endurance and insanely good cardiovascular endurance.
A true athlete. I'm gonna try to get to his level.💪

You have motivated us tremendously and I’m forever grateful for your videos and hard work. After today I learn that only the people who stand shoulder to shoulder with you in battle will understand the intensity and mental toughness that it takes to do this work. Up until today the most burpees we’ve ever done in one set was 200 single pumps.
Today we completed this workout , without the weighted vest in 1 hr 45 min, outdoor in phx Arizona , high today was 95degrees. We only began doing burpees 6 weeks ago when I stumbled across your videos .

For the first time I completed the exercise and didn’t miss a rep. I wanted to quit at times but Cpl Latoof didn’t quit and the fact you guys are in full body armour and having to deal with the heat spurred me on. Felt amazing to finish it. Thank you both.

Saw this, went downstairs to my gym did 100 1 pumps with 10kg vest in 16' 19" watched the rest of this video thinking how the hell do you keep going relentlessly. Much RESPECT Iron Wolf and partner!!!

Spidy Webber the answer is basically
      1. discipline (showing up every day, especially on days you don’t want to)
      2. consistency (you got to stick with the burpees to get really good at them)
      3. mental toughness (believe in steps 1&2 and when your body wants to quit.... Dont)
That is the closest I can come to explaining it. And im not on their level. Yet.

Yo wolf you the man again! Watch your video love the reps. Love what latoof said about having goals. I have read some of the comments from your followers. I would stress to have small goals if they can't keep up with your pace. Today I did my Murph calisthenics with my vest on in 16:43. I followed it with your routine of 1 pumps, 2 pumps, 3 pumps in 10:43. Love training wolf style. I started full body calisthenics a little over a year ago. I started out doing pushups in sets of 10 or 20 every time I hit the floor. Eventually working up to 50's and 75's. It doesn't take long. Just dedication. Then started pull ups with 2 or 3 reps every time I hit the bar. Now im cranking out 200 a day. Squats the same, mile runs the same. It's not about the time, but rather the form and for me the determination to continue. Watching you is an awesome accountability. Kelp it strong brother! There is no greater love than one who lays his life down for another! Thank you for your service and inspiration. Go hard!
