Hey there, hop on a fun tour with me through Nashville Yards, where we're seeing a crazy transformation of downtown Nashville. We're digging into the nitty-gritty, from the old Lifeway campus to the buzzing now, complete with fancy Amazon towers and a swanky Grand Hyatt. Can't forget to talk about what's coming up - more towers, more space, and more good times. There are pros and cons to all this change, and we're getting into that too! Got a burning question? Leave it in the comments! Thinking of joining the Nashville party? Shoot me an email! Remember to smash that subscribe button for a weekly dose of Nashville real estate fun.

I’m sitting here like a proud father watching my hometown grow like this 😊
Damn, Nashville is booming.
Beautifully done, good quality and useful information
My man. Thank you 🤜🤛
Needs an educational facility. Belmont, or the art school should have presence at the very least. What happened to Tn State U?
Ug, another real estate video.
😘
Is there anything being built with pillars?
Interested
Loved Nashville, my second home, when I first moved there, 1971. Wouldn’t move back now. Let people flock to these congested cities and apartments. There will only be places for the ultra rich. They have ruined a once country atmosphere. To each his own, but no thanks!
I thought the At&t tower was currently, officially the tallest in Nashville and Tennessee at 617ft?
You know what, you're right. Pinnacle will have "the highest occupiable office space" which sure is different from being the tallest. Thanks for watching and dropping that 🧠!
Is union station used for transit ?
Great question. No, it's not but it used to be! Had to search for this info: it was a train station from the time it was completed in 1900 until 1979. Sat vacant until 1986 when it became a hotel and that's what it remains today.
It’s a hotel. quite lovely actually
POLAND :D
all the new buildings look the same.
Nashville has its city's massive skyscrapers as known as "New York City of Tennessee"!🏙🏙🏙🏙🏙🏙🎵🎵🎵🎵🎵🎵
