I had no idea using jump would break Sephiroth this hard
So I have been trying to figure out how to survive Octaslsah but could not find any trick to dodge this move until I used the jump material.
For whatever reason, if I am correct, using jump while he starts the Octaslash queue-up breaks Sephiroth's AI so hard that he stands there, making this fight an automatic win.

Jump Materia is the best! I remember in Crisis Core, the Aerial drain materia was major OP and the best for the fight for Minerva! With the best setup and accessories, as well as practice, its a guarantee win with the battle!
I still find it strange you can play as Zack in the game... When do you get to begin to change the equipment and materia? Or is it fixed (don't care about spoilers)? Can't wait to see you try hard mode!

During a cut scene the game prompts a square button on the screen & if you hold down the button during the cut scene and watch the whole scene or skip the scene, the game will send the player to the menu setup kinda like how KH3 did the Yazora fight but by force before the actual cut scene.
Zack is not customizable on the menu which I kinda knew wouldn't be a thing but still was cool to play as him in the reunion & alongside Cloud since they gave him better moves for his ATB & not just have him using his base attack. So it was pretty 😎
