The biggest problem is now that he's been used too much like on the cw in Arrow (WHO COMPLETELY DESTROYED HIS CHARACTER AND STARTED HIS DOWNFALL), in video games and movies and he's always losing even though he is like 1,000 years old. Ra's is supposed to be Batman's Moriarty according to his creators Neal Adams & Dennis O’Neil, not a fill-in So it's understandable if he loses to Batman since he sees himself in him. Now that Moriarty's title today has fallen more to Joker and Bane and if you ask me Riddler and Mr Freeze can also fill that role if used correctly like what Reeves did with Riddler.

good to see a penguin fan. sad story but mans is pretty evil, I had so much empathy for him til I realized he paid his high school crush to go out with him then she went to a downward spiral and he didn't care. I thought Penguin Triumphant would be a more comical goofy story but he's cold. Then we get stories like Pain and Prejudice and Joker's Asylum especially that show both sides but Joker's Asylum he still messed up, maybe even moreso. Then we get One bad Day Penguin and Birds of A Feather the batman tas episode for sympathy.
