I own this bike and I use it to commute. I live in the countryside, very hilly terrain and winding streets that require a good ride. I ride it for half an hour to the train station then I fold it and take it with me on the train to my workplace. Super versatile and strong bike. It's somewhat heavy to pull it up onto the train but the heavy body gives you a smoother experience when riding so it's a tradeoff. I love it!
I watch so many ebike reviewers scratching their heads over why these 26'ers exist and it makes me chuckle a bit. Before he bites 26 inch bikes where the standard and I would never owned one smaller just due to my height. I make a 24" or smaller bike look like a mini bike my 6'5" 245lb body. The shorter bikes are also very uncomfortable to peddle when your have long legs. You end up with your knees up to your chin at the top of the crank. Before e-bikes I usually rode a 27" but after fat tires started showing up 26" fit very well.
I'm just posting because it seems like a genuine question you had cast in the video about why a 26 existed. Thanks for your videos!

Damn son nice e-bike! 😄They're styled as mountain bikes since they have the shorter handle bars and larger tires but are more like touring mountain bikes because of their weight. I wish it had a 20AH battery like the X3 Pro or that the X3 Pro had better suspension like the R5.

I got this e bike for Christmas. I also have a GT Aggressor that does not ride well because it has so many miles. After getting the Damson R5 Pro, I am never riding a non electric bike ever again.

You a rear hub. Why install a mid drive? They don't work well on the same tire.

I got the same model of bicycle just two days ago, but the interface after opening the computer is not like the video, and it cannot rely on the motor to drive. I would like to ask if it is caused by the computer not being set up.

@@ElectricVehicleSpace yeah I like 20 inch tires for e-bikes in NYC. 26 in is just too big. If you breakdown and have to take the subway this will be a pain to bring on. This bike probably takes up more room than a super 73
They have many different versions of this bike. My buttons look different and I saw a different version with a key ignition.
