    As promised, here's the Cook with Me video for the amazing salmon recipe from Eating Well. This has become our favorite way to make salmon, and I can't wait to have it again!!
    The way I made it, it came out to 3 WW points and 436 calories. I used the recipe below but used a total of 1 Tbsp oil instead of 2.

    I made this tonight for dinner and it was fantastic! I especially appreciated your good advice about using cooking wine when not wanting alcohol. This is a delicious recipe I will put on repeat for sure! Thanks so much for demonstrating it. I am a visual learner and that really helps.

    I made this for dinner tonight it was delicious! I didn't use the wine, but added a little bit of chicken broth for a little sauce, and it tasted fantastic! thank you

    You can also substitute broth for wine in cooking. I don't drink wine very often nor cook with it but I always have broth on hand.

    This looks absolutely delicious 😋 I love salmon, but have never thought topair is with anything tomato based. This is a definite must try. I bet it would be good with chopped asparagus if zucchini is not available 🤔

    Beautiful plate of food. I am not a fan of salmon at all. So I was wondering if you think the sauce would be good with either chicken breasts or cod fillets? Or maybe it's best suited with salmon and I should pass on this recipe? I appreciate your opinion.
