    Another suggestion for the crustless pumpkin pie is to bake the mixture in 8 ramekin cups. The mixture could be sprinkled with a little graham cracker crumbs for a little extra crunch.

    I don't think I would like this recipe, because you are not making a batter. Instead, you are making a dough. I've had a funnel cake at the fair once and it was not greasy at all! I would use an insert for my air fryer and just use a regular funnel cake recipe, found on Prepe Kitchen, except I would substitute the sugar, with Lakanto Monkfruit sweetener or Stevia leaf extract in its most natural form. And on my insert, I would spray it down with cooking spray. Nothing personal.

      Not sure what you mean. I've shared many of the meals in my videos. This is actually an old video, but I had requests at the time from my viewers to share how it comes packaged, so that's what this was for. As far as a grab for views, I have a full-time 30-year career outside the home. CZcams videos are a hobby for me. I hope you enjoy the rest of your night.

      @@PlanningUsHealthy Sorry if I was rude , it's late, hubby is out of town, I'm tired lol and looking for a meal kit that is good. So many videos just show the contents without saying if they liked it or not. You just got my frustration. If you do have a kit you recommend I'm all ears, but either way I'm sorry if I was sassy. Us ladies can get overwhelmed sometimes and that's my situation. All the best, seriously

      You definitely don't need to drink coffee or anything else if you don't normally. Sometimes I just drink plain water. But like Penny said, you could have tea if you like it.

    I've been on WW for 4 years, but that's what I still don't understand. Your coffee was only 40 extra calories but 4 extra points. That seems crazy to me.

      It's because of the fat in it. Things with fat and carbs tend to have more points. Those weird ones are what I use my weeklies on. I'm that way about olive oil points. As long as my day is everything in moderation and I packed in a bunch of healthy foods, seems crazy that a tablespoon of olive oil in my salad would be 5 points. I think I'm at a point where those higher point options go into my weeklies and it all evens out for me.

    I find that weight watchers is low carb. Carbs have many points .

      I'd say you could make it low carb or low fat, whichever works for you. I've done both. I will spend my points on either carbs or fats. I get 23 points per day plus my 28 weeklies. I've had some days where I'm able to have quite a few carbs because I've added in a lot of zero-point foods. It's common for me to eat a carb at every meal on some days. I think it just depends on how you utilize the points throughout the week.

    I’m glad I found your channel! Recently decided to get back into WW and you have already given me so many great ideas. I love how you waste no time getting right to the foods & your creativity with incorporating more whole foods. The heart of palm pasta is great, it has a slight artichokey flavor so i usually make it with pesto sauce. Trader joe’s also has riced heart of palm that i’ve mixed in with some actual fried rice & it worked great as well!

    Just interested because I'm in the U.K. do you get Pink Lady apples in the U.S.? I've never heard of Cosmic Crisp apples TY for sharing x

      I think I've seen Pink Lady apples. I would say these are are similar to the honeycrisp apples if they sell those in the U.K.

    The heart of palm noodles and rice is best when you rinse it a ton… then I boil it in water until tender… like pasta, just cook until your preference. Yes, it says just to heat, but I only like it boiled a bit. Then drain and add to your dish… I never do it plain, but add to stir fry or pasta sauce and meat. Great way to save on points. ☺️

      Girl, life is crazy lately! Sooooo busy at work, so by the time I get home, I'm just exhausted! But I just LOVE doing these videos and love the family we have here, so I keep trying to get the videos up when I can. And ooohhhhh, cucumbers with the everything bagel seasoning sounds so good!! We've been air frying zucchini and squash at work the last couple weeks and I sprinkle some of it on them - sooo good!! And don't think of it as failures - just life! ;) We got this!!     How do you cook your zucchini?

      I do it different each time. I sometimes will just toss it in a pan with a little cooking spray and a drizzle of olive oil. If I'm baking something in the oven, then I'll roast it right in the oven (seasoned and drizzle of olive oil). Or one thing we've been doing is cooking it in the air fryer at work. We've all been bringing a bunch of veggies to work lately and we'll slice up the zucchini and yellow squash, add a little olive oil, salt, and pepper, and just put it in the air fryer for maybe 7 to 10 minutes (depending on how much you like it cooked), and then I sprinkle a little Everything Bagel Seasoning over it. Soooo good!!

    My favorite 0 points lunch is Shrimp "fried" with bell peppers and onions. I don't fry in oil, I use chicken broth which gives it a nice flavor and it all adds up to zero.

    Wow just discovered your channel - I just started 1 week ago with 23 points and I'm overwhelmed with trying to keep my points spread out and not blowing through half of them at breakfast with my coffee etc and not go into my weeklies because I like to enjoy some wine on the weekend.. FYI - I hate the PB2 as peanut butter also yuk but you make this look so easy thank you!
