Thank you for this! I tried to troubleshoot why the sprayer wasn't working and nothing helped. Watching this gave me the courage to take this thing apart and delve a little deeper. Turns out the small hose had popped off inside!

I have a Bissell vacuum that the inlet valve is missing (so dirts sometimes falls back out from the chamber), but to-day I still couldn't find the replacement part!

Hello, I put mine back together as suggested but it is leaking out the bottom now. For whatever reason it is not making a good seel do you have any recommendations?

Where does the other end of the clear tube go the one you slide over the little nozzle but the two water outtake ports. The other end is supposed to just be loose?
The wand should just snap onto the hose, not sure about clean tube
Hi, I recently borrowed my friends Hoover spot cleaner to clean my car seats, after doing one seat it stopped working! I called Hoover and they told me to wait about 1 hr then to try to turn it on again, it didn’t work! Apparently there is a thermal switch that it shuts off the motor when it over heats! Well.. I know for a fact that I didn’t use it for very long, and there is no way it overheated! I’m wondering if it’s the switch! I guess I won’t know until I take it apart and test the switch! Any other suggestions? Thanks!

I think this might be my problem. I smelled something funny when i turned mine off and then the switch wouldnt turn off....I can plug it in and it turns on whether the switch is off or on position....Bad switch?

Mine JUST decided it wasnt going to spray anymore. And the last time I used it I was only vacuuming up water. I didnt even use the spray.
This video dosen't say what's not working on the hoover for you to pull it down ..example it turns on but not suckin up the water or it just doesn't turn on

You might need a pair of needle nose pliers also, let me know how it goes
