New equipment means new training. Or didn't they bother with training when you worked way back when? The line crews frustration is quite understandable but change takes time. Throw new apparatus into service before everyone on all shifts is up to speed & they may end up with injuries, collisions or other mishaps.

they need to get everyone trained on all shift they have 5 other station to train on these new engine
