Great flower tutorial thank you. Good that there are no extra cords to deal with at the back once it’s finished.
I made 7 flowers and they all turned up short of cord at the 4th petal. I finally figured out. The measurements are fine. But I failed to notice that the very first rope is only 8" or so on the left and longer on the right. I have now made 3 good flowers haha

If you don't have enough rope to make it
It's because the rope you used is different.
I used 1.5mm or 3mm macrame cord
However, even if the thickness is 1.5 mm or 3mm, it depends on the type of rope...
You'll have to cut it a lot longer. :)

I have made about 7 of these in the past couple days. All different cords, all longer measurements and I still end up short. I cannot for the life of me figure it out

If you dont knot as tightly as Ms. May does, to be safe I would tack on another 12 in/30 cm per each rope. I learned this the hard way 🙄🙄🙄
Yeah, I just made it to the 3rd and a half petal and I ran out of rope already 😅
@@nomadicwitch3971 The same happened to me! So I then I checked out another tutorial on how to add in more rope. So, the front looked great, the back a hot mess :)

Yes, if you make it with thin cord, it gets smaller.😊😍
