and for the hidden funniness, who would even know what to draw? What the hell does he look like. Only those in the middle east would have any clue, the rest of the world would be like "mmmm i don't have the faintest idea what he looks like.

All you need to get an absurd amount of views on CZcams: a channel with your real name, less than 500 subscribers, create a compilation of SNL clips for around 10-12 minutes using movie maker and give the video a stupid title that is unironically related to a real life habit or meme.
