    Vajroli Mudra
    Steps -
    To Perform the first part, Sit erect with your legs stretched out in front int Uttanasana with your hands kept palms down on the ground to the side. From the sitting position raise both your legs straight up and bring them as close to your torso as possible. The hands are kept on the ground and extreme hands pressure is used against the ground to attain to the highest lift with the head and the knees as close as possible together. After holding the vajroli mudra for a comfortable period , relax the pose and slowly bring your legs down to the ground. Take a short rest before repeating the practice a couple of times..
    Benefits -
    On the physical side the mudra regulates the entire uro-genital system, helping with the recurrent urinary tract infections, incontinence, and uterine prolapse (Sahajoli mudra). It is also said to correct impotence by toning the endocrine system.
