Please sign my petition here for Rachel and Chris to try EVERY flavor of Jolly Rancher during a redemption video for the green apple Jolly Rancher marshmallow. And I mean EVERY flavor. The peach, the mango, the strawberry, obvi blue raspberry and other original flavors, as well. There are enough flavors that if you do it over the span of a month, you could do it tournament style and get both of Chris's sister and your sister involved, too!! And it would cover an entire month of content for you, too.

I literally chose this video because I wanted something to run in the background while I did my meal prep for the week before I knew it was an hour long. It was absolutely perfect and I caught some recipes that I missed first time around. Definitely wrap every year like this, absolutely love ❤

Because of the original video with the cherry chocolate cookies, I added dried Montmorency cherries to my brown butter chocolate chip cookies (I love the recipe from Handle the Heat). OMG, chef's kiss! Gotta have that brown butter!

Sometimes I'm just watching your videos for background sounds but I also love watching them. So long videos are PERFECT for really watching them a few times and then for background sounds. I only do this with content creators who I want to support and you're definitely one of the few good ones.

You can eat it with cooked chicken, like chicken sandwich, bread, fries, pickled cucumbers and this garlic sauce (it’s similar to shawarma in case you know what it is), we even eat it with barbecued chicken (and sometimes meat), we basically eat it with alot of stuff too, like fries, tomatoes, grilled potatoes…

Great video! I would love to see you do this style several times a year on both channels. Sometimes, the successes are lost in all of the fails. Also, maybe do the worst recipes video 😊
I used to work near the jolly rancher factory. It would smell so good. Especially on grape days. I have no idea why grape smelled more but it was extra fruity.

You can toast, big marshmallows, and then melt them on the stove like you normally would for a recipe and you’ll still have the toasted marshmallow flavor in your rice crispies
Fyi, fresh mozzarella isn't necessarily the best for pizza. It has too much water content, so the majority of your cheese should be low mositure mozzarella. Full fat low moisture will also give you a better cheese pull in the end!

I actually made that fudge this year for my coworkers. I used semi-sweet chocolate chips and it was darker in color.

New toasted "marshmallow cereal squares" idea for you - try it with Vanilla Spice Cheerios. The cereal squares with this are amazing - even better if you blend in an extra teaspoon or so of pumpkin pie spice. Now I'll definitely be trying them toasted!

OMG I got a shout out! What a way to start the year! Crazy, if somewhat self serving idea, a video trying out commenter suggestions?
I learned marshmallows from this old website called Cooking for Engineers and the sugar should be at 250F/120C when you add it to the gelatin. They also coat the finished marshmallows in powdered sugar, I use a 50/50 mix of powdered sugar and corn starch so it's a little less sticky and sweet. Classically you add vanilla extract, but I think the best thing I've ever made is marshmallows with chai masala in it (a la chai latte spices including cardamom) they are incredible toasted over an open fire.
Also, thank you so much for showing the failed custard/creme anglaise. The first few times I tried stuff like that I had sugar syrup scrambled eggs. It made me feel so good seeing someone make my same mistakes but not editing them out. It's a challenging technique for sure, but so worth it for so many recipes.

So my mom makes a special k bar with peanut butter in it, then a rice crispy with chocolate and butterscotch chips melted on top it's worth a try! Love most of these thanks for the mind refresher. I think I'll try blue jolly rancher marshmallow

if you are using cheese sticks you have to freeze them 30 minute to a hour before using them i made mozzarella sticks in the air fryer and tryed frozen and not and the frozen you get that gooie cheese pull
Mayebe Cornflakes instead of the rice cripsies. Cornflakes taste good in melted chocolate (just made a batch of them, they're called choco crossies over here), so maybe they can work with marshmallows, too.

For those pizza balls, they remind me of panzerotti. We make them every Christmas. For the tomatoes you want to use whole peeled tomatoes that you squish and strain all the liquid out. Use the bricks of mozzarella because the fresh stuff will leech more liquid. We like to add some capers in it too! That’s only one type of panzerotti. They fill them with onions, a tuna mixture, ricotta and mortadella, the possibilities are endless! I need to tell my mom to try it with the Pillsbury cans one time!
Hot take, if you make some toffee out of the honey and cardamom, you can break it up and sprinkle over the top for texture and avoid too much sweetness.
