Great Tom, as always! I like Heptabase but as lifetime learner for my PKM system I wnat to stay on free or one-time-purchase app and Hepta has not this choice available (as Scrintal for example, or the free Affine).
Hi man. I currently use about 20 different tools. i have 5 task managers(todoist, ticktick, notion, Things3 and google tasks) and 2 project managers(asana and clickup) to manage my life. is this enough? i think each has some different purpose. like CLickup has goals and asana nice interface. google tasks for groceries... etc

I use both of them！But hard to chose one for future use,subscribe to both are too expensive
