I absolutely love this kid. We got yet another 2nd round steal. Hes everything you want a Giant to be
Work ethic, well spoken, football IQ high, chasing greatness…solid pick.
Watching these brief rookie clips makes it clear why they were drafted! Smart, tough, dependable and personable! 💥
This guy reminds me of A. Rolle Miss that guy ❤
The Real 26 !
Same, I said the same when we drafted him.
Yes!!!
Guys that respect the game are the guys that are going to succeed
Giants are definitely drafting mature dudes who just want to play football and have their head on straight. They are building a winning culture
Hes gonna be better then Mckinney mark my word 😤
I like that take. Kinda just bigger X
Dude is a missle on the field! I hope he takes people out.
He might be a cam chancellor plus ball hawking ability
Mckinney sux!
He will be . He’s pure Rd1 Talent . He will be ready Yr 1
Just his attitude and "death stare" eyes makes me think this young man is going to be a menace in our D backfield. I love it.
Agreed. Really like his attitude. Can't wait to see him on the field
Our new version of Earl Thomas and Polamalu
The way he plays and The way he talks this man was born a GIANT ‼️💯
Impressive young man!
I promise you he will be captain next year
Tyler is stacked for a saftey! Welcome to the NY Giants, Tyler. Please bring the heart to our favorite team!
If there’s one thing the Giants have been really good at this past decade, it’s drafting quality second round safeties.
This kid is impressive. He gets it, pro ready mentally and physically, gonna be real easy to root for him
So excited to watch this guy play!!! Love his attitude and maturity.
Next Ed Reed just watch….
I like this comment brother 🔥🔥🔥
I see it in his game when he plays. Very mean in the run game, attacks the ball and is a ball hawk, and makes the big hits
@@theradiant_child very intelligent, reads the QBs mind 3 steps ahead
Its gonna age well bro nice work
In the past we often drafted guys who were more tantalizing athletes & combine warriors with impressive stats that didn’t necessarily correlate to game performance. JPP was a success but I think he created this archetype of them trying to find the “JPP of TEs, the JPP of safeties..etc”. Now the Giants are getting high football IQ & instinct “football players.” Sounds trite but it matters. Just because John Ross ran a 4.22 40 at the combine didn’t mean he could do all the other things required of receivers to make him a great receiver.
Now in free agency, Schoen improved the Oline & boosted the pass rush via trade. In the draft the Giants addressed the top need which was a #1 WR in Nabers & then they improved the secondary with Nubin & Phillips, & they added more offensive weapons when they picked TE Johnson & RB Tracy. We had another strong offseason. Ex-GM Dave Gettlemen drafted good individual players but didn’t comstruct the overall roster well. Now this roster has Schoen’s & Daboll’s fingerprints all over it.
We have a better Oline, an improved pass rush, a better secondary & defense, a stacked receiver group, diverse offensive weapons, & a very deep & balanced team. If Daniel Jones can stay healthy & play to his potential then we could see him have a breakout year. I expect him to have a year that is a mix of his rookie year when he threw for 24 TDs in 2/3 of a year mixed with his successful 2022 when he ran for TDs as well. I expect a lot of young Giants to take a big leap. I think sophomores like JMS, Banks, & Hyatt will improve, young players like Wan’Dale, Bellinger, Gray & Ezeudu to take leaps, & rookies like Nabers, Nubin & Phillips to have an impact immediately. We know this team has good football instincts & IQ, & has an embarrassment of riches in the heart & grit department so I expect this team to take it to another level. They just have to stay healthy. We have continuity & familiarity which has been lacking. We have stability in the franchise which has been missing for years - we have a shrewd front office, great coaching & a talented young core ready to put it all together.
The media will fawn over the Cowboys & Eagles as they overlook Big Blue when they aren’t outright criticizing them like Joe Klatt who criticized the Giants for taking Nabers over JJ McCarthy. We like it when they doubt us. This team is on the cusp. The talent is there. They have to put in the work, gel as a team & execute. I believe in this front office, coaches & players. Let’s Go Giants!
Hopefully these kids help the Giants right away
Smart player, let’s go!
Very humble young man
Future ⭐️
Put a C on this man's chest ASAP! Ballhawks gonna eat with D-line bringing heat and balls coming out hot. Read those QB's bro!👀 See ball, get ball!
Sounding like a 5 year veteran!!
If he's as slick and smooth on the field, as he is off the field, we got ourselves a winner.
Can be a ed reed type player..really
What a breath of fresh air compared to Mckinney. Trust me we will not be missing him with Nubin manning the backfield. He tackles too.
Aaron Ross’ number
Another green dot always welcome
Ed Reed Beta 2.0
Foshow
I like he is looking for a INT, instead of looking elsewhere. He will be a definite Ball Hawk.
