    SAT :-
    60 - 90 seconds per question.
Content and Weight of Math Section : - In SAT, the Math Section is worth half of your total score. SAT Questions are quite unlike anything you've seen before in your math classes, in fact they give you a math formula sheet for reference at the beginning of the math section whereas the ACT does not. The absence of a dedicated science section doesn't matter so much because the ACT Science section is like a "Reading Part - II" or like a "Reading with Graphs" section. And the SAT reading section actually includes a fair number of Science Passages with graph analysis. However you are not given as much graph analysis as the ACT.
The way the reading section is structured and how questions are asked : - The SAT reading section seems much easier at first glance, and you have almost 90 seconds to answer each question, plus they are asked in a chronological order and there are a lot of Evidence based questions, so it seems like you can just look into the passage and find the answer right there, however the SAT has extremely tricky and unexpected tricks to have you pick the wrong answer, and it takes lots and lots of practice to figure out what these tricks are, and which ones you are susceptible to.
If you are a deep concentrator willing to spend long hours analyzing and figuring out things from various perspectives, willing to figure out the SAT's tricks, then you would like to stick to the SAT.
    ACT :-
    36 - 60 seconds per question.
Content and Weight of Math Section : - In ACT, it's only worth 1/4th. The ACT however, tests a lot more advanced math topics than the SAT does, like Logarithms, Matrices, and Trigonometry, none of which appear on the SAT, but these questions are much more straightforward and you can just plug and chuck after memorizing a formula. The ACT has a dedicated science section whereas the SAT does not. However, you are not asked explicitly about the contents of Chemistry, Biology or Physics. Instead you are tasked with reading passages and answering questions about what you've read.
The way the reading section is structured and how questions are asked : - The ACT Questions are not chronological and rather randomized. The ACT does give you less time to answer each question, but like the math section, they are very straightforward and don't need as much analysis or critical thinking.
The ACT is more suitable for you if you are an extremely fast reader who can retain information long term.
You might want to take a practice test of both without any prior preparation, it might take hours or destroy a whole weekend, but it is absolutely worth it.

I took ACT last year and got 33. Just took SAT, got 1490, which is equivalent to what I got on ACT. Soooo. . . About the same.
However ACT to SAT is nice cus the time pressure is much more nice on SAT than ACT.

Compare your current times or distances to what the athletes from that college do. Usually you need to be one of the top athletes in your state to be recruited by top schools. Typically college athletes get a lot of support to balance class and practice (not just in DI schools either.) It is a big commitment, but it’s fun. I threw shot put for a DIII school and loved it. Got a DI offer, but there was too much pressure to be a perfect athlete, and I was already dealing with an injury.
